The Islamic Ruling On The Permissibility Of Martyrdom Operations
#58

Bismillah

as salam alykom

Raidyah, I think the hadeeth u r talking about is the one relating about a companion who decided to suddenly penetrate into the enemies lines to creat chaos, knowing that he might be killed easily and was approved as a plan by the Messenger. Also there is a thread on rulings of killing during war.

However, as far as I understood from your thread is that Palestine has special circumstances. Knowing that we are not to kill women, children and elderly as even Abu Bakr instructed Usama in his first battle after the death of the Messenger, taking in consideration that Israeili women are not civilians takes another angle.

In this regard specially, personally I d leave the judgment to Allah as we always must do.My only concern in this regard and may Allah Forgive me for being like this, was not the innocent victims, but I was rather concerned the attacker wasted his/her effort if it was haram.

But I certainly echo Intituition's demand, call, request, dua for an urgent need for us to change.
