The Islamic Ruling On The Permissibility Of Martyrdom Operations
#54

Asalamalaykum

I know one thing: there's no room for suicide in Islam, even if you're pushed to your limits. However, I understand why the palestinian people are forced or what drives them to this alternative. These people were born into a life of struggle, the war began with their forefathers, I am all aware of the history. Have you noticed something though: why do you only see young people blowing themselves up, and not the elders who believe in this? Shouldn't anyone who's able to sacrifice do it? All I know is, one day these people will get what's owed to them, justice is coming. In Islam the means never justify the end. To Allah all that matters is the means, our strife, therefore suffering is preordained matter. and quick fixes dont get us anywhere. Maybe Allah won't change their situation until they change their state of heart or their way of dealing with Isrealis. I don't know, am just speculating.

It is immoral to justify the bombings of residencies and mass murdering of innocent people. It is a shame that our own incompetence gives us an excuse to interpret the religion to our own preference. We cannot preach Islam as a Peaceful religion, and let others present it violently. Islam is not about being two faced but it is about all that is good including honesty and respect.

Deen, No, i don't really have any personal issues with this topic, I just believe that Suicide bombing is not the only solution nor the only option, we have to play their own game and we will defeat them. Why would one need to commit suicide if you have a surface to air missile out your disposal? Maybe thats something to think about? The muslim world is not as poor as it seems, and let us not now begin about how we can not fight them back, how we are so poor and behind. During the days of RasuLuLah the muslims were few, poor, and didn't used to have good weapons. But still they used to fight the Kafirs and defeat them. I think they used to win, simply because they had Allah on their side, I am not really too sure if Allah is on the side of this ummah knowing how much evil we are engaged in.

May Allah forgive me for everyhting unuseful and bad I have said.

MaSalama
