Phone Cards In Middle East

Assalamu alaikum everyone, I just have a quick question. My brother is in the army and he will be stationed in Iraq starting December 15. He asked me to find him a phone card that he can use to call us from there. Does anyone know where I can get a phone card that can be used to make calls FROM Iraq TO the U.S.?
