Assalamu aleikum,


Brother Anya,


I don't get the picture from this that natural adjustment should mean for example to throw the hijab away, since that should not be an issue in this 'adjusting'. That is to ABANDON what is given to us in the Qur'an and Sunnah and not adjust.


Here I would rather see it like an adjustment to instead WEAR the hijab, ''like it has never been worn before!''. Like an policeofficer having her hijab UNDER her uniform cap or something like that. And eating halal while others eat haram.


To find different ways to BE a Muslim in spite of 'difficult circumstances. Isn't that what could be called natural adjustment?
