Well, Yeah it's just a matter of buying what you want to slaughter I think. Of course you have to have the authority to carry that out. Here in NZ they'll send you to a training, a muslim org, they teach Brothers how to do that, then they get some certificate saying that he is qualified to do so. There are probably some restrictions on places that the animal can/can't be slaughtered etc, but i dont know much about that.
