Sorry to say that most of non Muslims are trying to criticizing Islam from their own point of view like it is some thing that has to make sense for them

Simply you have to take all or leave it all

1. To start learn any thing about Islam you have to know that your knowledge as generally is very limited what so ever your education is compared to the creator

2. Do not tray to learn Islam by watching some Muslims acts and compare it to your limited knowledge of what is right or wrong

3. When you give yourself chance to discover islam with an open heart and mind you will find that what really islam is

4. If you would like to know what is the ward of mercy means for all creation and how it could happen in detial from the creator then you should understand the whole link in islam structures not any part of it

5. If you really like to be protected, happy, saved remembered, loved, merciful never be alone, spiritual and much more you have to understand islam
