In the United States, everyone, including the Jews whom you seem to have an almost insane obession with disdaining, are gauranteed equal protection under the law (4th amendment of the Constitution.) Even if these men had been guilt of terrorism, they are still entitled to a fair arrest and iterrogation process. The treatment they reportedly received was unlawful and should be investigated. Be it Muslim or Jew or anything else, the American justice system needs to guarantee rights even to the most unsavory of people in order to establish a credible and respected "dikaosyne" or "justiceness" much like the Isrealis did with the trial of Adolph Ichmann.
All terrorists, Jews and Muslims, must be brought to justice. But the claims made by these Isrealis merit investigation, and they are right in suing the Department of Justice.
