Do You Have To Keep All Ramadam
#4

I know this may seem obvious but my advice for any new muslims being one myself, is when the thirst (which is normally worse) starts to come, and you just want that one sip of water. Read a few pages of Quran, even if you are reading it already. In between reading it you'll notice the thirst and hunger more.

So instead of that sip just pick it up and read, concentrate on the words and the first will dissapate. The words of Allah will have you so deeply in thought thirst will seem minor. This is what's helping me, and strong prayer of course. But yeh if you're not reading Quran through this time, pick it up and read it...before you know it it'll be insha allah time to enjoy Allahs fruits again.

I've never appreacited food so much ever in my entire life since i became Muslim fasting. Never gave it thought, now when it come time to break the fast, the food seems to have so much more flavor and the colours of the food seem stronger and more enticing, and water is soo sweeet....
