Quote: European muslims are different. There is not pressure for us to do this here. Do you women feel pressured to cover up? Do you even have a choice? Is Bosnia or Serbia or Turkey, we are proud of our religion but we are modern in our dress too. When I visit the rest of Europe and I tell them I am a muslim, they judge me. If all muslims were understanding like the one in Europe our religion would have such a better repuation.
Thanks,

I beg ur pardon !
I certianly DON'T feel opressed or inferiority by ewarinf a Hijab. Infact, my parents are cool about me wearing a modest dress (that doesn't include a Hijab) but i voluntarily wear a hojab. It makes me proud of who iam, and makes me proud that iam a MUSLIM. I am certian that u also Know HOW inportant it is to wear a hijab in Islam, therefore, if ur a good Muslim, u'll not complian.
I think the ones hwo wear short clothes & cheap dresses are the ones opressed by the society...who wants to look like a CERTIAN thing......i.e. as a 'pleasure' thing to look at. With hijab is lies our honour & respect !
all the sisters who wear a hijab are doing masha allah a great job....i feel happy about them
