Anyway, I remeber being taught in school, and I am sure that you heard it as well, that Jesus was not well-accepted among the the scribes and pharisees. Jesus went into the temple to find them buying and selling, RIGHT THERE IN THE TEMPLE. And he put a stop to it. They were shamed in front of their followers. They were jealous of Jesus as the people were listening to him more, and to them less. They felt threatened, and plotted to destroy him. It was a power struggle.

Also, it is interesting that you say 'Christianwise' he BLASPHEMED and called himself God and therefore was put to death. Why would a Christian call this blasphemy when they are currently basing their faith on it?
