Athena I am so grateful to Allah that u found the board beneficial and useful, I am also much grateful that it inspired u to read Quran. Go ahead and we will be more than happy to help in any way.


seems like although Im an arab not living in the US I still give reply for I have many relatives who live there.


As for children, they are raised according to Islamic teaching, as AbuMubarak said, we have to be Muslims whereever we are. Children are taught that they are Muslims and thus they receive relevant teachings. BTW faith in Islam consists of 73 parts one of them is to respect the elder.
