A Question needs answer

I completely understand what this post was about...but I am not that familiar with the muslim religion. Here I see terrorists beheading whoever they can find...i see people blowing up buses and car bombs..and those people say they do it in the name of Allah..but yet the Quran says something different.
I would simply like clarification as to what is right way in your religion.
