Islam was spread to spread the authority of mohammad and his arab cohorts. I see no difference in the spread of arab imperialism to that of european imperialism.

Using the same logic, then you should have no problem with Christians, Jews, Hindus etc storming Saudie Arabia, Iran etc to spread their faiths ?

there are Christians, Jews etc in Saudi Arabia.... nobody stops them from preaching there....

To say that islam is a religion (of peace), is a bit like saying that the nazi party is a trade workers union. I am more interested in the (honest) history of islam but it is obvious I will not find it here because the people on here are either ignorant of the history or are in denial. I detect more of the latter.
