I take it u r a sister, u can not be a practicing muslim man and allow a strange woman to stay in your place. As far as this woman, of course u r encouraged not to talk to her at all. Matter of fact our relation with the non believers is regulated through Quran and Sunnah. We keep company with them only for the purpose of dawa, u treat them well, but of course not to share their illegal activities including illegal relations among sexes.
