Are they more of a threat or less of a threat than Iran ? Perhaps they Amercan diplomats see a way of reasoning with N.Korea ?

Why dont you work it out with Iran, that is going to have a nuclear power plant? What will happen if talks fails and North Korea black mails everyone to get what it wants?
