Open A Shop?

First welcome to the forum ottoman, hope u will always join us here, and by the way u r a she or he ?


Second I heard a fatwa on Tv by Saudy scholar forgot his name , as usual (I am being very forgetful these days) and he said that it is halal but on basis that a lady sells to a lady, and not a man to a lady, so if u r a he it is haram, if u r a she it is halal, if u own a shop then get a lady to sell for u if u r a man.


So u can open one yes why not but on basis mentioned above by scholar not me.
