Jesus(pbuh) was taken to heaven, but he will not return as a judge. He will come back to Earth and show us all the true meaning of Islam. the proper ways to worship Allah(SWT). He will restore peace on Earth for 40 years. Then he will die his righteous death as a mere mortal, like he is. He is just like us. Not the son of God or God himself. There are no equals to Allah, and nothing can compare to him. Allah is the only judge on the Day of Judgement.
