Jihad in Palestine
#11

(Assalam)

Quote:The Jihad in Palestine Is not in any way Haram
Yesterday I asked the azharete scholar about the fatwa bin baz said that iti is haram, the scholar is sheikh SAYED NOUH

and he has the doctrine degree in hadeeth, he said for sure it is halal and he was sorry for that fatwa by bin baz, he said that the saudi scholars tend to be very strict in everything, and he told me a hadeeth for the prophet(sws) that proves

that what the palestinians are doing is halal, I don't remember it now, I will ask him next time and write it down, and post it here insha'Allah.

May Allah accept those martyrs, he only knows the intentions of his slaves, he only says who goes to Jannah and who goes to Hell. May Allah save us from fire and accept our deeds strictly to him.

Asslat wasslam 3la Rasul Allah.

Sister, When you dont have anything to face a Tanker or Apachie Chopper, you are allowed to use whatever to fend ur home, kids and wife. No matter, If Bin Baz did fatwa that is suicide bombing is Haram or Halal, It is the most understandable Language this Cancer-Israel- Understands and is the most painfull method for them. So, We loose many Kids and men everyday, why not they loose more? and I reall disagree blowing buses full of WOMMEN and Kids, no matter if they are zionists, killers I dont favor it ,myself, and is not just as Far as I know. Blowing any Millitary, Defence or MAN target is acceptable, but busses full of wommen and kids is unjust in my openion: Remember All moslem leaders and Mohammad (SAAW) ordered troops when they went for Jihad to: Not Kill a Womman, Not Kill a Child, or an elderly, Not kill a Bird or cut a tree and Not enter a Church or a temple before asking its residents for permission and stories are plentifull that we should be Our Morals when in war, even in worst conditions. Id appreciate it if you adress the Bin Baz Tahreem Fatwa next time you post here and May allah reward you with Jannah Inshallah.

Asalaamu Alikum Brothers and Sisters,

Tell me if this fair on how the Israelis treat the the Palestinians? This kind of stuff happens all the time and the general American public does not have a clue. They never state the fact the Israelis never stop in their touture of the Palestinians. And you wonder why they retaliate? Tanks, helicopters and bulldozers against rocks is a pretty fair fight don't you agree?

as salam alykom Phat and others

Today coming to my work, I just thought of something which has been on my mind for a couple of days just waited for the correct time:

1. We are all here sitting comfortably on a chair in front of a computer, then decided let me check the forums.

2. O I can simply give my opinion and say yes Muslims are not doing Jihad correctly. No Muslims are even terrorist.

3. I looked into some Jihad Quran and hadeeth and tried to apply them, either to prove Muslims are terrorists or out of concern for my fellow Muslims not to trangress.

4. But just remember u r sitting comfortable having coffee or juice or whatever.

5. None of us experienced being ripped off, what do u do when u ripped off in a street. U call the police and really want to see your revenge being taken.

6. What if u get more aggressively attacked.

7. Palestinians are attacking civilans, which civilians, those who immigrated to Palestine and took their land? Now these are not to be considered civilians in such case. I really thought about this for more than a week.

8. They blow themselves in resturants and buses (which i prefer they do it in military locations). They need to cause panic in the enemy's society which they did. At the time of the Messenger (BTW) simialr situations happened.

9. But again non muslims will come and say o well where is the hadeeth of women and children. Well most women in Israel are not civilans, they are mostly army officers. Not that I condone attacks on buses. Just bringing the other viewpoint.

10. Why would u think a young 19 year old girls instead of dreaming about a prince charming chooses to blow herself??

11. At the time of 9/11 everybody came out condemning the action of killing civilans. The war on terrorism started. Everybody sympathised with the victims. Many sites were established for this, pics were all over the web and news sites. Just compare to the status of Palestine.

12. No they dont have the right, Muslims are terrorists. Well if terrorism is about defending Muslim land that has been taken by no right call it whatever. Fine.

13. Just before judeging all that, again think of your position while tying your reply and their position.

14. I understand that Muslims who are discussing this, is discussing it from totally a different prespective. They are concerned for their fellow Muslims to do it right, not to waste themselves.

15. Whereas others I have no idea how come they dont see the right as right.

16. Non Muslims dont simply understand that we Muslims are fully aware that this life is not permenant. We have another goal to seek, we are all seeking Jannah, so any approach that may help us attain this, we simply go for. Aagain I emphasise, Jihad in a battle field against enemies of Allah is an honor, anyone would like to gain.

17. In all cases we are going to die, but if we can attain a death that takes us to Jannah, we simply go for it.

18. Most important is that in a hadeeth the Messenger (PAPBUH) said what means that at the end of time, haraj shall increase, companions asked him what is haraj, he said increasing number of murder when the person dies not know why. That is what is exactly happening now. Truth sayer is our beloved Messenger sallah Allah a`alyhee wa sallam.

May Allah guide us all

And did I say anything different than that brother Abu hamza, none of us favours children and women to die, but do palestinians have any other chance, when the muslim world and arab world just sitting doing nothing, I don't think they will care for fatwa from any1, and only Allah alone knows the intention of each person, and only Allah knows who is entering Jannah and who is not. and this is why I started this thread, because some of our sisters and brothers are affirming that suicide bombers in palestine are going to hell and it is not jihad, so I hope they will learn more and search for more fatwas.

and about the tahreem fatwa, it was by IBN UTHAYMEEN, I am sorry I am mistaken, BINBAZ did not say it was haram, accept my apologies and thanku

for your concern.

this is the fatwa by BINBAZ

And this is the fatwa of BIN UTHAYMEEN that says it is haram.

I put this before on my first post. And sorry again for this mistake.[Image: rolleyes.gif]

Sobhan Allah, all of a sudden I realized that we have been (Muslims) trying to defend a situation that needs no discussion:

Ok let me see here, someone broke into your house, used all kinds of arms to take it over, hurt u, your wife and your children. Took the house over, drove u outside to the door steps where u were allowed to live. His children went to school, used the place comfortably, your neighbors did not change any of their life style because of u. U tried to go back in, while you were doing so, u harmed him or his children using only your hands. He continued using machine guns on u. Your neighbor looked at u as being violent and asked u to teach your children to coexist peacefully with your enemy. They did not lift a finger to help, didn’t even call the police. U had to continue struggling on your own having to face all kinds of accusations of being a terrorist, violent and not human enough for not teaching your family to coexist with this oppressor and thief . Wow what a story?? No moreover your neighbors sat down comfortable analyzing your situation among themselves and distorting your image among the community accusing anyone who shows understanding of applying a double standard judgement.

La hawala wala qowata ila billah.

No persia is not Persia. Arabs attacked and stole a lot of our lands some 1400 years ago. WE WANT IT BACK (note my wonderful sarcasm)!!! :learn:

During the reign of Yezdegerd III, the successor of Chosroes II, and the last of the Sassanian kings, the Arab invaders attacked Persia and its Mesopotamian territories more and more boldly. In 650 Khâlid, one of the Arab generals, assuming the offensive, defeated the Persian troops on the border of the Euphrates valley. The Christians of this region soon submitted to him. Then the Arabs invaded the country about the Tigris. In 634 Abu Ubaid of Taif, to whom Khâlid assigned the task of annexing Persia, was utterly defeated and slain by the Persians, who, however, were routed in 635-66 by Caliph Omar at Bowaib. Towards the close of the year 636, or in 637, they were again defeated by the Arabs, under Sa'd, at Kadisiyya. The victorious Arabs entered Babylonia and took Seleucia after a lengthy siege. Thence they crossed the Tigris and fell on Ctesiphon, Yezdegerd fleeing towards the Medo-Babylonian frontier. Meantime another army of Arabs had occupied Lower Irâk and entered Susiana. The decisive and final victory took place in 640-42 at Nehavend, near Ecbatana, when the great Persian Empire and the Sassanian dynasty were completely destroyed.

Bismillah

Of course I agree with you. The only difference is about 1300 years. (note my wonderful sarcasm [Image: smile.gif] )

Are the persians currently being eradicated? Because if they are then they should be helped like the Palestinians. Otherwise I am missing the point. Maybe a better illustration would be the Native Americans who were pushed off of their lands in America. You could then subtract around a thousand years from your example and make it almost relevant.
