Kafeer?

Salam Alaikum....I have a islamic question. I asked this another boards too, but I want ask it here to hear other comments...There is 2 muslim and one of them says to other ; You are kafeer (i.e. jew)...There is a hadith about to say to a muslim kafeer...Is it sure that one of them will be die as kafeer or what...Wassalam

I pray Allah bless me with the correct wordings because I don't have the book in front of me.

there is a warning that if a muslim calls another muslim a kufr, and he is not a kufr, it may be that he the caller becomes a kufr himself.

if the caller is a muslim and the one being called a kufr is in fact a kufr, then the caller is safe. This is something we all should be careful of, becuase only Allah knows what is in our hearts. Some non-muslims are just in the state of ignorance it doesn't necessarily mean they are rejectors (kufr)

It is very important not to call anyone a kufr.

The Prophet (saaws) knew his (saaws) was a non-muslim, but never called him a kufr, until after his death, (when the uncle never took his shahadah).

a kufr is one who rejects faith in Allah and HIs Prophet (saaws)

a hyprocrite took shahadah then after that went back on his heels and denounced islam

a believer can be anyone who believes in the Oneness of Allah or as some call HIm (the Lord), without having offspring or parents: but these believers do not submit to Allah by following HIs Messenger (saaws), they just believe in one Lord.

Suras al-barqara, will explain, who everyone is, from ayat 1- about 30

also if I'm not mistaken there's a section in al-bukari hadith on manners, that may be the vol. 7

you have pagans who do not beleive in anything or anyone

As Salamu Alaikum...Shukran for you answer...But what is now, I was called from somemuslim a jew...Means this one of us will be die as kafeer? Is intention of saying to muslim kafeer important? I'm realy afraid I dont want die as kafeer and noor I want that this one muslima die as kafeer...Wassalam

Bismillah (In the Name of Allah),

Brother, you know that is wrong, you must know because you are afriad.

Allah (swt) is testing you with those who are closest to you..

the Prophet (saaws) asked, "O Allah the Turner of the hearts turn our hearts to Thy obedience. 'O Allah please don't allow me to have rancour in my heart for any believer.

And for those who are misbehaved, ( muslim or non-muslim) he (saaws) asked Allah, please incline the hearts of man. Meaning he (saaws) only asked that Allah soften the hearts of those who wrong him, and make them repsect if not love him (saaws).

It seems you are dealing with someone who is trying to judge you, if you know that you are striving to do your best, pleasing Allah, you don't have to worry abou those who may try to put you down. Keep in mind that if you can stay away frompeople and things if you are able or make dua to Allah seek refuge in Allah, and feed them with a long-handed spoon, (that's if you must be around and deal with this certain person.

The Prophet (saaws) never hated even his open enemy, because he (saaws) know Allah will save him (saaws), no matter what attempts and discredit was against him (saaws).

Keep in the comp[any of those who bow down in worship, and feed the rest with a long-handed sppon. Pray for your muslim brothers and sisters, as many allover the world pray for you , who they never seen.

the ummat is vast we here in usa are just a few of Allah's servant.

Keep up the good works, that is your true salvation, and saftey from don't let anyone or anything make you risk your chance for Al-Firdaus (paradise) and more importantly the Good PLeasures Allah (swt) have for you, Allah's Love.

Mash a Allah I see that brother AL3a3 already answered about the hadeeth. Allah Knows best, from what I read he answered u correctly. If the caller is a Muslim and the one who was called is not a kafir, the description shall be returned upon the caller. Now if u allow me I just want to tell u my opinion. In our life abdurrahman we face many situations and hardships. I know u worry much about your religion as we all do Alhamdulelah, since we are trying to make the satisfaction of Allah as our goal. But life shall not be life without tests. One of the Muslim ummah's problem is people easily accusing each other just for the difference of opinion. See there are people who think that they attained a high level of knowledge. They look down on others. We used to meet them on a limited bases in our lives. Now the Internet made it more possible for us to meet them. What shall we do? we just make dua for them, hold our tongues not to answer back, then also pardon our rights. By this attitude Insh a Allah u shall gain Allah's major reward promised in Surat Al Emran

والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين

You may even want to make Istighfar for them and dua that they improve and be better Muslims. A muslim never judges another Muslim. Contents of the heart is known to no one but Allah.
