ALERT: Publisher insults Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
#1

Say: If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your kindred, the wealth that you have gained, the commerce in which you fear a decline, and the dwellings in which you delight ... are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger, and striving hard and fighting in His Cause, then wait until Allah brings about His Decision (torment). And Allah guides not the people who are Al-Fasiqun (the rebellious, disobedient to Allah). [Quran 9:24]

Assalamu alykum dear brothers & sisters,

In a book called ‘The History of Punishment’ by Lewis Lyons, Amber Books has published a picture depicting Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) surrounded by naked women.

This is clearly blasphemous and we fail to see why such an outrageous picture should be published in a chapter discussing Islamic law when there is absolutely no connection between the two.

This is highly offensive to Muslims not only because Islam clearly prohibits drawing such images but also because portraying Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as a womaniser contradicts the historical standpoint.

Amber Books has demonstrated extreme insensitivity by publishing such a picture since the Islamic point-of-view has been clarified before on many occasions, especially after Daily Mail published a picture portraying the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). It can only be concluded that the intention is to be to upset the Muslims.

Course of Action

Please E-mail, fax and telephone Amber Books and demand that this picture is immediately removed. Also highlight the following points:

- Islam strongly prohibits illustrations of all the Prophets and hence the picture in this book only serves to upset the Muslims

- Displaying of naked women in the background is particularly shocking as it is an insult to the integrity of the Prophet of Islam and in any case totally absurd since Islam places more emphasis on modesty than perhaps any other religion

For further information and to view this disgusting picture, please visit the MPAC website:

*>I saw that leaving the pic serves no purpose, sorry for being late to delet it, one might take a sin for watching *

Would we sit quietly and not do anything if someone was to draw a picture of our father with naked women? We are talking about the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) here and Allah clearly says in the Quran

“The Prophet is closer to the believers than their own selves” [Quran 33:6]

Don’t just sit there…take ACTION, NOW !

Apology from Amber Books Ltd

Amber Books Ltd sincerely apologises for any offence that has been caused by

the inclusion of a pictorial representation of the Prophet Muhammad on page

36 in the book entitled 'The History of Punishment'. Amber Books are

currently discussing this issue with the Muslim Council of Britain who are

advising Amber Books on the best course of action.

This is really very frustrating, the picture is disgusting, on what basis they do that, did they ever c him to picture him in such a way, Hasbuna Allah wa nie'm Alwakeel, la hawla wala gowata ila billah. We should all defend him with our lives even, he is more precious to us than ourselves our money or children.

Insha'a Allah God will aid us to do what is right, wa jazake Allah khayr.

I did not even check out the link because I knew what it would do to my blood... boil it. I have also seen pictures today of alleged army personal allegedly raping alleged muslim women, allegedly. The fury I feel cannot be put into words. Yet unlike godless fire fuel, I find relief in THE FACT that Allah Sees All, Hears All, Knows All and is the Most Just and Most Merciful. These pathetic nothings that think they are getting away with their deceit and crimes will pay in a manner that not even our angered imaginations can conceive.

I put my rage into a jar in my soul. It waits there. It waits and boils and grows. It grows in power and strength through my prayers and remembrance. It is purified into pure wrath for the sake of Allah. A blinding shining vengence that when I am called by Allah to release it will blaze its way through the deceit and crimes of those who take this life as play, who take this life as a means to fulfill their base desires, who see this life as the only reckoning and will do as they please to crush those in their path. My dear brothers and sisters, let us not despair because Light over Dark, Right over wrong, Truth over falsehood, and Allah over all!

"And say to those who do not believe: 'Act according to your ability and way, We are acting (in our way).

And you wait! We (too) are waiting.'

And to Allah belongs the Ghaib of the heavens and the earth, and to Him return all affairs. So worship Him and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you do." (11:121-123)

May Allah Guide and Protest us All

Alsalam Alaykom,

No no, here i disagree with you, Allah he will not be looking into the matter, because he said they will be in hell for everlasting, so no chance for them at all. Well they deserve it then if they did not repent. [Image: smile.gif]

In reality, only Allah knows what is in the hearts of these people. Even those with the slightest amount of belief in their hearts will EVENTUALLY be pulled out of the flames. Of course, I am trying to due the hard part now in my short 70 years or so instead of a tough hundreds of thousands or even millions or even billions of years later. I have heard that just the Day of Judgement will be 50,000 years. I know where I would prefer to be waiting on that day, a certain Perfect Merciful All Knowing One's Shade.

Insha'Allah, may Allah Protect us all in His Shade on the Day when we will all wish that we had done more.

Alhamdulillah! Allahu Akbr!
