Yes he is and the Prophet described him as truth sayer, and told him that he will die alone.


He mentioned him in a hadeeth with 3 more saying what means that Alah Commanded him to love them, he started with Ali, then MIqdad, Abi Dhar and Salman.... O Mash a Allah.
