Assalamo Alikum Sister, <b>NOT WOMAN</b> :D

Quote:"Woman" is a term of respect, dignity & honor.

Are you trying to decorate your faith to prove your point … there is nothing wrong with the term itself, <b>I am only against addressing your mother with it</b>…, you may call your mother, Mom, Mama, Ma, etc... and I believe, you too FHC would never address your mother as WOMAN, try and do it and see how will she react.

Quote:You can call me "woman" anyday!!!

Come on please… <b>you are not my mom</b> :D :D :D

Quote:Wael, I've given up trying to show you the authenticity of Catholic Scriptures.

I am trying hard to believe you, but Christian Scholars have more impact on me… they said that <b>ALL SCRIPTURES WERE DISTORTED</b>, I am not quoting what Muslims said, I’ve given you the reference to the Catholic Encyclopedia in which they declared that <b>ALL SCRIPTURES WERE ALTERED</b>. Who are you or anyone else to argue about this? You can practice what you believe and we will surely respect that, <b>but do not insist that the Bible is the actual and unchanged word of God. </b>

Quote:Christians aren't "people of the book". Christianity is the religion of the "Word" of God, a word which is not a written & mute word, but the Word which is Incarnate & living (CCC 108).

How this <b>“word”</b> going to reach you without a record? And how can you be sure that what was written is true when your people say that <b>ALL</b> scriptures were misused and interpolated? like this famous story of adultery lady.

Quote:i have posted articles from Ali Sina, i have posted articles from many sites, but my arguments and opinions that i am expressing are my own where as you are scanning web sites frantically trying to find 1 scrap of non existant evidence to PROVE that muhammad is a more moral person than Jesus.

First of all, from my previous discussions with you, <b>which websites that i've been scanning</b>??

Secondly, for Muslims, we don't need to <b>"prove"</b> Muhammad's pbuh morality, because we know exactly who he was PBUH.

Let alone <b>Non Muslims thinkers and philosophers </b> say their honest opinion about Muhammad pbuh:

Quote:"If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astounding results are the three criteria of human genius, <b>who could dare to compare any great man in modern history with Muhammad?"</b> Lamartine, HISTOIRE DE LA TURQUIE, Paris, 1854, Vol. II, pp. 276-277.

Quote:"Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images; the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire, <b>that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than he?" </b> Lamartine, HISTOIRE DE LA TURQUIE, Paris, 1854, Vol. II, pp. 276-277.

Quote:<b>"He must be called the Saviour of Humanity</b>. I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world, <b>he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it much needed peace and happiness." </b> G.B Shaw (The Genuine Islam, Singapore, Vol. 1, No. 8, 1936)

Quote:"I wanted to know the best of one who holds today's undisputed sway over the hearts of millions of mankind....<b>I became more than convinced that it was not the sword that won a place for Islam in those days in the scheme of life</b>. <b>It was the rigid simplicity, the utter self-effacement of the Prophet, the scrupulous regard for his pledges, his intense devotion to this friends and followers, his intrepidity, his fearlessness, his absolute trust in God and in his own mission. These and not the sword carried everything before them and surmounted every obstacle. </b> <b>When I closed the 2nd volume (of the Prophet's biography), I was sorry there was not more for me to read of the great life.</b>" MAHATMA GANDHI,(YOUNG INDIA):

His name is <b>Gandhi </b> by the way not <b>ghandi</b>... and almost everyone respect him for what he has done to his country... anyway, I do not expect you to respect him, you proved him right when he says:

Quote:"I like your Christ, <b>I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ</b>."

ok ok ok

firstly i wish to clarify certain points between us, bare with me there is method to my madness most of the time...

lets remove any mention of miracles, rising or raising from dead or any, what could be called "supernatural" for lack of a better word (for the sake of continuity and so we dont get bogged down in samantics).

in fact we will dissmiss anything pertaining to prophet or godhood and just look at them as 2 men.

Did Jesus fight ? if so when?

Did Mahummad fight? if so when?

Did Jesus kill? if so when?

Did Muhammad kill? if so when?

Did anybody ever die in Jesus's presence? if so when?

Did Jesus Marry? if so when?

Did Muhammad Marry? if so when?

When attacked did Jesus respond with Violence? if so when?

When attacked did Muhammad respond with violence?

Did Jesus Sin? if so when?

Did Muhammad Sin? if so when?

Did Jesus Own Slaves? if so when?

I guess he would say that <b>"Islam and Muhammad pbuh are perfect, but sometimes Muslims aren't" so don’t compare Islam by the actions of some Muslims</b>

And by the way, if he was alive today, he would say the same thing about Christians, because the situation today is even more worse.

Anyway… am going to respond to your questions in the previous post soon, as now am leaving my computer.

have a nice day or night wherever you are.

Wael.

I think it’s dishonest to make that claim when it’s patently false.

It only makes sense to judge islam by the actions of Moslems as Moslems are the only external reflection of islam we have.

It’s a pretty simple concept, Wael. Moslems are a product of their ideology, their alleged “system for life” that is a top to bottom, life defining, authoritarian and unyielding proscription that defines every aspect of a Moslems life from how they pray (or should I spell it "prey"), to how and what they eat, dress, associate with… everything.

Moslems’ assault on humanity is prescribed by their ideology. That ideology, of course, is jihad—warfare to expand the domain of their religion, as delineated in the Koran. That's perfectly true.

The jihad against humanity we see is <i>not</i> a function of these Islamic killers being “made" by U.S. foreign policy or any others’ foreign policy. They are in fact, mobilized by it when it doesn’t yield to their arrogant claims of entitlement. The names they operate under are subordinate to the cause of their ideology: Islamic Jihad, Harakat al-Muqawamah al-Islamiyyah (Hamas), Abu Sayyaf, Tanzim Qa'idat Al-Jihad in Bilad al-Rafidayn (al-Qaeda in Iraq), Hizbullah, Al-Ikhwan Al-Moslemoon (the Muslim Brotherhood), and countless others. It is jihad and the furtherance of Moslems’ requirement to subjugate or kill the infidel that is the enemy of Western civilization—in fact of <i>all</i> non-Islamic cultures. Jihad is a fundamental component of orthodox Islamic doctrine, and it always has been. Islam is <i>not</i> a religion of peace, and never has been. Its borders have been bloody with wars and conquest since its inception, and none of that has changed.

Salam TC, as you are the original poster of this thread, then u must be having certain angles and dimenstions to it.

My question is, as far as I understand from all the Nasrani members on the board that Jesus is God incarnate (divine in human form) put it this simple. Why would you want to compare a human being (Mohamed prayer and peace be upon him) with a divine being???
