The Instruction

Bismillah

Assalamu alaikum

WITNESS THE REAL

You quote a research that has been made that says that drinking moderatley is more or less good or ok.

Well that research may be taken in consideration by non Muslims, but for Muslims it is not relevant. Since we have the words of the Qur'an and Sunnah to lean on, when it concerns this matter. And these words have been put forward here well enough. Alhamdulillah.

I have said repeatedly that I am not saying to drink or not to drink. I was not the one who even brought up the matter.

Peace and blessings be upon you from ALLAH. Allah Hu Akbar!

Dan,

Was the question not asked and did I not then tell the truth? Now, when I answer the question you thought that my answer would somehow discredit me but instead it could not have done such a thing. Allah knows what is in front of me and behind me. Allah knows what is on both sides of me. Perhaps a person like you might say to someone "facing in this direction in prayer is the way you must face" But the truth is Allah is The God of all directions and every direction you face in prayer is facing Allah.

While you are sincere in your belief in Allah I am seeing that your belief has no depth.

The Quaran says that you may when dealing with a disputing wife:

004.034

YUSUFALI: Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all).

And now in this one:

004.128

YUSUFALI: If a wife fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part, there is no blame on them if they arrange an amicable settlement between themselves; and such settlement is best; even though men's souls are swayed by greed. But if ye do good and practise self-restraint, Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.

Now if you admonish your wife and refuse to share your bed with her and because of those actions she fears cruelty or desertion do you A. Beat them or B. Arrange an amicable settlement

It seems to me you would choose A. Beat them

I would choose B. Arrange an amicable settlement

Would you be wrong for choosing A. Beat them. Maybe not depending on the circumstances.

Would I be wrong for choosing B. Arrange an amicable settlement. Never as it is The Ultimate Way of Compassion and Mercy.

I hope your argument is leading to discovery. Peace be upon you and may God open your heart to the truths that I am giving you and others here that wish to learn. YEHUWAH ALLAH HU AKBAR :allahuakbar:

Wow. I think the exact same thing of you. I don't have to do anything to discredit you since you do it yourself the more you write.

WHAT? :conf06: This just shows how truly big of a fool you are. You know nothing of how I treat my wife, just as I know nothing of how you treat yours. Would you be offended by my telling you that you are probably a wife beater? Try to stop and think. For someone who claims such an special position, you sure utter base and idiotic statements.

How many followers has your "truth" gathered from the muslims here btw?

I made this point that you can reason and judge from the scriptures because you could not see how someone can see that they can drink Alcohol if they can conduct themselves well.

The verse that says:

Quote:admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly)

Is offset with such a verse that says this:

Quote:If a wife fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part, there is no blame on them if they arrange an amicable settlement between themselves; and such settlement is best

So according to the verses you are allowed to beat them but you would choose rightly and make a settlement with them, this means you can gain more understanding from verses if you check other verses before you make judgements. If the Quran forbids drinking because it is a device Satan uses to cause strife between individuals and yet God is going to give it to you in paradise that means that if you can drink alcohol without it causing strife it can be acceptable. there is nothing written in the Quran that is for the purpose of limiting your enjoyment of life it is only envy and strife and evil behaviors and actions that are forbidden.

I know Dan, but I will explain for others.

Witness the first case you quoted involving the three options: when the husband is not intending a divorce.

The second is when the couple is considering a divorce. First they must consel using a party from both sides.

Got it. Thus, both are not involving the same situation totally different. You know what? u do need to learn, and yes keep typing for others to see how far u r confused and confusing.

No, Muslimah

The only concern was do you consider the situation severe before you beat the wife or do you say the situation has gotten so severe that it is better to part ways than to hit the wife because once you start hitting the wife you are going to be losing your Mercy, You are going to be losing your Compassion.

So tell me and tell everyone here reading, do you hit the wife before you just let her go her own way?
