The Islammessage Board has decided to start a counselling service for our muslim brothers and sisters , this service is mainly aimed at our youth but all are welcome.
The counselling service can be used for many things
You might be worried, depressed, confused or feeling bad about yourselves.
You might have a problem with your family and friendships or with your partner.
Or you might be experiencing difficulties with your work and exams.....
Talking about what is on your mind can help you understand yourself and discover more about yourself - both your strengths and your weaknesses.
Often people who need counselling are wanting to make some change to their lives.

Jazakum Allah khairan advisor_ 1 for starting this thread.
Insh a Allah we are seeking Allah Close Help in making this endeavor a success, actually this whole idea was inspired from Suhail when he announced a couple of months ago seeking volunteers for the counselling phone service. We thought to help in parallel in an effort to lift some burden.
We will be testing how far the system is working and serving the target group.

pm muslimah if u past the test and u fulfill all the set criteria then may be able to help..........remeber giving advise is a delicate ssue , not ever one can do it , i myself am not capable of doimg so mayb u r ....

i wouldn't be so quick to spill my guts online, all information is stored on servers so can be read by external sources.. if i was one of these alphabet gangs who has access to ISP data it'd be a great way to gather information..

i would like to say that this is a wonderful idea, and if you require any help, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am currently working as a Drugs and Alcohol worker for young people, therefore i have plenty of knowledge on drugs and also counselling, as this is part of my profession.
I would love to be part of this initiative and to offer my services to all. :D
