Quote:(welcome back girl

Quote:so she was just like Muhammed? i mean what would muhammed's people would have been?

Muhamad's people were worshipping idols, but that does not mean that there were a few who were like Khadeeja and Warqa, in fact there were many in the arabic peninsuila that were on monthothism beleif of our father Ibraheem(saw). In fact the people of Mekkah knew there was one Creator, but they took the idols as companions to make them near to Allah(SWT)

Bismillah

And if you ask them who created them, they will surely say: "Allâh". How then are they turned away (from the worship of Allâh, Who created them)?
(Az-Zukhruf 43:87)

If you were to ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?" They will surely reply: "Allâh." How then are they deviating (as polytheists and disbelievers)?
(Al-'Ankabut 29:61)

And most of the idols that were on top of The Holy Ka'aba was not theirs, it was for other arabic tribes from around the peninsuila, and that was for trading interests and beneifits, and when Prophet Muhammad(SAW) came with monothism and worshipping one creator, they knew that this meant that those idols must be broken and they will lose their interests and power and they will not beneifit from the trades and willl lose their power over the arab tribes, so they preferrred thier own interests over the truth and refused monothism. That was how The Meccan's were at the Prophet's time.

If still u find things are not clear for u do not hesitate to ask we will insha'Allah answer if we know.

if I am correct from Allah(SWT) if I am wrong from shaytan and myself.

Peace

No I do not think so, he was like AbdUlmutalib his father the grandfather of prophet Muhammad(SAW) and all the other arabs before, but he died when the prophet was still in his mothers' womb, he was raised as an orphan. We never know what would have happened if his parents were still alive, for sure they will beleive in him. But that was up to Allah(SWT).

doesnt his fathers name mean like "believer in the one god" or something like that?

I am positive the fathers name translates into Aloho in Syrian which has something to do with the one true god. Thats why i asked if he was monothesitic.

His name means the servant of Allah, or slave of Allah.

However, let me explain this, at the time of Jaheliaya (era of ignorane), Arabs in this part of the world worshiped the idols besides Allah. They were aware that there is a God some kind of God who Created them as well as the univers, who Masters everything.

They thought that they would worship those idols to bring them closer to Allah as the Quran explains:

"Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliyaa' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever." (Quran 39:3)

So they fell into the trap of shyatan of taking associates and partners with Allah. shaytan decorates this to them saying u just worship them to bring u closer to Allah. The same trap is still applied in many forms.

To conclude, the people of Mohamed salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam were not into monotheism, yet were aware of Allah.

Another example, is his grandfather's name which was Abdul Motaleb. See when u put the adjective abd that transaltes as slave the next name must be one of Allah's Names and Attributes like AbdurRahman or AbdurRaheem and so on.

So are you saying Muhammed did everything to leave you with a lesson? He "disposed" of with his orders many that should against him (ex. Abu Afak) and his men killed many in his name. This is an action he took but should it be a lesson to follow?

Sincerly,

Seraphim

Please point out to where today I am told to kill infidels. There is not khalifah so who would be giving me this order?

(BTW if you are going to post the same verses that keep getting posted by nonmuslims, then you must post the tafsir that goes with them, please.)
