Asalamalaikum

Here is one Hadith I was reading 2day

<b>The narration of Muslim says:</b>

The son of Abu Talhah (May Allah be pleased with him) who was born of Umm Sulaim died. She (Umm Sulaim) said to the members of the family: "Do not tell Abu Talhah about his son until I mention it to him myself.'' Abu Talhah came (home) and she gave him supper. He ate and drank. She then beautified herself the best way she ever did and he slept with her. When she saw that he was satisfied after sexual intercourse with her, she said, <b>"O Abu Talhah! If some people borrow something from another family and then (the members of the family) ask for its return, would they refuse to give it back to them.'' </b>
He said, <b>"No" </b>. She said, "Then hope reward for your son". Abu Talhah got angry, and said; <b>"You left me uninformed until I stained myself (with sexual intercourse) and then you told me about my son. "</b>
He went to Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and informed him about the matter. Thereupon Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "May Allah bless the night you spent together!'' He (the narrator) said: She conceived. (One day) Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was in the course of a journey and she was along with him. When Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to come back to Al-Madinah from a journey, he would not enter it (during the night). When the people came near Al-Madinah, she felt labour pains. He (Abu Talhah) remained with her and Messenger of Allah (PBUH) proceeded on. Abu Talhah said: "O Rubb, You know that I love to go along with Messenger of Allah (PBUH) when he goes out and enter along with him when he enters, and I have been detained as You see.'' Umm Sulaim then said: "O Abu Talhah, I do not feel (so much pain) as I was feeling earlier, so we better proceed on. So we proceeded on and she felt the labour of delivery as they reached (Al-Madinah). She gave birth to a male child. My mother said to me: "O Anas, none should suckle him until you go to Messenger of Allah (PBUH) tomorrow morning.'' The next morning I carried the baby with me to Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and narrated the rest of the story.

I thought that this thread deserved to be resurrected. I also decided to post two haith. I hope that is not against this thread's rules. [Image: smile.gif]

Sahih Bukhari:

Volume 4, Book 54, Number 415:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "Allah the Most Superior said, "The son of Adam slights Me, and he should not slight Me, and he disbelieves in Me, and he ought not to do so. As for his slighting Me, it is that he says that I have a son; and his disbelief in Me is his statement that I shall not recreate him as I have created (him) before."

Volume 4, Book 54, Number 416:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "When Allah completed the creation, He wrote in His Book which is with Him on His Throne, "My Mercy overpowers My Anger."

Assalamu aleikum,

A VERY nice thread, masha'Allah.

Sahih Muslim,

Book 040, Number 6784:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: In Paradise, there is a tree under the shadow of which a rider can travel for a hundred years.

And

Sahik Muslim

Book 040, Number 6788:

Sahl b. Sa'd reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The inmates of Paradise will look to the upper apartment of Paradise as you see the planets in the sky. I narrated this hadith to Nu'man b. Abi 'Ayyash and he said: I heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri as saying: As you see the shining planets in the eastern and western (sides of) horizon.

Sure, InshaAllah post as many Hadith in one post as you all like.

This is one of my favorite Hadith, It makes me tear

Hadeeth Qudsi 32:

<b>On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: </b> <b>A man sinned greatly against himself, and when death came to him he charged his sons, saying: When I have died, burn me, then crush me and scatter [my ashes] into the sea, for, by Allah, if my Lord takes possession of me, He will punish me in a manner in which He has punished no one [else].
</b> So they did that to him. Then He said to the earth:<b> Produce what you have taken-and there he was! And He said to him:</b> <i><b>What induced you to do what you did?</b></i> <b>He said: </b> <b>Being afraid of You, O my Lord (or he said: Being frightened of You) and because of that He forgave him. </b>

<i>It was related by Muslim (also by al-Bukhari, an-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah). </i>

Sunan Abu Dawud:

Book 41, Number 4923:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The Compassionate One has mercy on those who are merciful. If you show mercy to those who are on the earth, He Who is in the heaven will show mercy to you.

Let us remember this statement.

And

<b>Abu Bakr AsSiddeeq (RA) and sister of Aisha (RA), relates about herself</b>. Abu Bakr was a wealthy merchant and he married his daughter Asmaa' to the great companion Az-Zubayr ibn al-'Awwam (RA) who was a very poor man but a man of great piety and one of the companions who were promised Paradise. Asmaa' relates: <b>"When az-Zubayr married me, he had neither land nor wealth nor slave",</b> so Asmaa' had to work very hard kneading dough, going far off to get water. "And I used to carry on my head," she continues, "the date stones from the land of az-Zubair which Allah's Messenger (SAW) had endowed him and it was a distance of two miles from Madeenah. One day, as I was carrying the date-stones upon my head, I happened to meet Allah's Messenger (SAW), along with a group of his Companions. He called me and told the camel to sit down so that he could make me ride behind him. I felt shy to go with men and I remembered az-Zubair and his Gheerah and he was a man having the most Gheerah. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) understood my shyness and left. I came to az-Zubair and said: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) met me as I was carrying date-stones upon my head and there was with him a group of his Companions. He told the camel to kneel so that I could mount it, but I felt shy and I remembered your Gheerah." So Asmaa' declined the offer made by the Prophet (SAW). Upon this az-Zubair said: <b>"By Allah, the thought of you carrying date-stones upon your head is more severe a burden on me than you riding with him." </b>

(related in Saheeh Bukhari)

How dignified

<b> Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: </b> Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Allah, the Exalted, has said:
<b>`O son of adam, I forgive you as long as you pray to Me and hope for My forgiveness, whatever sins you have committed. O son of 'Adam, I do not care if your sins reach the height of the heaven, then you ask for my forgiveness, I would forgive you. O son of 'Adam, if you come to Me with an earth load of sins, and meet Me associating nothing to Me, I would match it with an earthload of forgiveness.'''</b>

<b>Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: </b> Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,
<b> "When a dead body is placed on a bier and men carry it on their shoulders, if the deceased was pious, it (the corpse) will say: `Take me in haste'; but if he was not, it will say (to its bearers): `Woe to it. Where are you taking it?' Everything except man hears its voice. Had a human being heard its voice, he would have surely died".
</b>[Al-Bukhari].

My last 2 hadith for 2night Insha'Allah [Image: smile.gif]

<b>Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:</b> Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,
<b>"Among the inmates of Hell, a person who had led the most luxurious life in this world will be brought up on the Day of Resurrection and dipped in the Fire and will be asked: `O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any comfort? Did you happen to get any luxury?' He will reply: `By Allah, no, my Rubb.' And then one of the people of Jannah who had experienced extreme misery in the life of this world will be dipped in Jannah. Then he will be asked: `O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any misery? Did you ever encounter difficulty?' He will say: "By Allah, no my Rubb, I neither experienced misery nor passed through hardship".
</b>[Muslim].

<b>`Iyad bin Himar (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: </b> Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said
, <b>"Allah has revealed to me that you should humble yourselves to one another. One should neither hold himself above another nor transgress against another.''</b>
[Muslim].
