Role of married couples In Islam
#41

Asalamalaikum

I am not here to give advice as i'm no expert in matters that concern divorce in islam, the only thing I know is that Allah dislikes Divorce but yet he made it HaLaL.

Just wanted to say MashaAllah to the Sister who requested nothing but the Quraan for Mehr, thats special. She sounds like a pious wife. May Allah make the Quraan what will bring them together and strengthen their marriage.

From what I have followed Sally (Please correct me if I am wrong) First, This man has obviously taken it very light to divorce this poor Sister unjustly, Second, I think he should try to get her back in a respectful manner, and not by a phone call. I'm not trying to stand in their "getting together" process, I just don't think that Sister deserves to be played with. If he really wants her back, then shouldn't he at least do that in a responsible manner? Getting divorced and getting married is not a jacket you put on and the next minute you take off as you please, without thinking of the consequenses ahead.

He divorced her out of the blue, I cannot even imagine how much hurt and pain that Sister must be going through. It sounds like she didn't even see it coming, subhanaAllah.

May Allah guide them both towards eachother, and make her husband a good husband for her, who'll cherish her for the rest of her life, because she really deserves that, and never less.

If the sister needs an opinion. I fully agree with what Intuition said.

Sally the sister must know that marriage and divorce is nothing to play with. One must feel the major responsibilities bron upon marriage and based on divorce. The sister must think twice if she really wants to spend her life with a man like this. Me too I am not against the going back or reconciling astaghferllah. But it is major sister
