Aslama alaikum,
It was nice of you to post this and ask the most important question which was, why some women dont wear the hijab, and why?
I have a cousin, who reads her namaaz, five times a day, or when she can with out fail wherever she is, she has never been in a relationship and nor has she done any wrong, but she does not wear the hijab, she chooses not to wear it, however when i asked her the question, of why she doesnt wear it, she replied, i feel i am still not ready to wear it, as it comes with alot of repsonsibilities. She has a great social life too. and goes out, with freinds etc.
I know majority of girls who do wear the hijab, and do so much wrong stuff its unbelievable and shocking, (drinking, clubbing,smoking weed, boyfriends) just because a girl wears a hijab does not necassirily mean that she is a good person, and so innocent. You should only judge them if you get to know them and see what they are like.
I myself, do not wear the hijab, i choose not to, does that make me all of a sudden, a bad muslim? I dress decently, and never show my body parts, i dont smoke, drink or do drugs. I read my namaaz when i can without fail. Ive never had a boyfriend,or been in a relationship, as i am against it. But when ppl who dont know me, see me they are so quick to judge me, and then when they do meet me, they say omg, i expected u to have a bf etc...... why?
I know a couple of girls, who did have bf's who decided to wear the hijab, etc, and after about 6 mnths they took it off. because they knew after that they wernt ready to wear it, because of all the responsibilities they had with it.
It matters on the type of person u are, and how u carry urself, hwo u talk to people and what u say to them ,
Inshallah i will start to wear the hijab, but when im ready not because i feel i have to. Im not doing n e wrong, i havent committed any sins.....................

shorty, Mashallaah sister. I can see that you show a good profile as a muslim girl. You may not have committed any sins, but the only thing you're lacking in the Deen is the Hijab. Sister once you teach yourself to wear it, its gonna be easy. You wont find any hardships in wearing it. The Hijab is to protect you from evil, not harm you. When sister Masriah asked why some girls choose to not wear the Hijab? you responded by saying " I choose not to wear it and Im not ready", but I choose not to doesnt answer the question. You also say that you didnt committ any sin, but does going against the Sunah and Allah's command that women cover themselves not considered a sin to you? Do you believe that a woman who didnt wear Hijab her entire life will go to Heaven?
