A Catholic Nun: Bad Experience But Beautiful End.
#61

Quote: Allah is my refuge,i came to the point of i lost everything i have, my love ones, etc. But Allah is true to His words in the Quaran.while iam writing this iam crying, why becouse i do not know....i cannot find the right words to say....a words that will describe my feeling,a words that describe what is within my heart.

Your words touched me sister. The feeling is overwhelming isn't it. When i first found Allah i remember it so clearly. The warmest feeling in the heart, and the tears. Yet you can't explain why they are there. I think part of it was realising the instant change. That first moment you become part of the universal Muslim existance you feel it strongly. No matter where you are or who you are with.

I tell you i was reading Qur'an last night and when Allah speaks of Paridise my heart and mind spins so much. I just cannot fathom it, i pray hard and perform my duties as best to please Allah so Insha Allah one day i may smell the sweet air of Paradise. Woah...i'm drifting off there. But yes sister my first Ramadan it's getting easier with time actually. Yesterday i didn't even really think about it, and the hunger pangs just get me more excited and more appreciative of food that is to come.

Thirst is still biting at me though.... [Image: blink.gif]

Alsalam 'alaykom

Masha'Allah sister sally, Alhamdulilah that u r okay and crying is the best thing to do in these days really, to show Our Creator that we are helpless without Him, we are nothing if it was not for Him, we should keep on crying, this is the month of mercy and forgivness, we must not lose moments in praying and asking his forgivness, may Allah accept from u sister and all of us here and may He bestow on all of us His mercy and forgivness.

Masha'Allah brother Anya, Alhamdulilah that u r having such feelings when reading The Quran, may Allah grant u the highest grades of paradise. And don't worry about thirst, it will always be like that, otherwise how then can we feel with the poor if we do not have such feelings, orhow can we thank Allah(SWT) for all these blessings He gave us, especially water, which is the basis of our living. if we lose it then will there be life on earth? so one big blessing keep thanking Him for it day and night and no matter how we keep on thanking Him day and night, we will not thank him enough for the very slightest blessing He granted us [Image: smile.gif]. Allah(SWT) loves us so much that He keeps on granting us with favours and mercies, and we find that many deny it and favour or worship others than Him, now we should keep on thanking him for The blessing of Islam and Faith. So both of u sister and brother keep it up and feel stronger with Islam, and life is short it will end soon we never know when, so let us try to grasp many good deeds as we can.
