Allah SWT has asked us to fight when we are oppresed. He SWT has asked us to NOT kill elders, children, men or women who are non-combatants. Im sure the other brothers and sisters could help you. In the mean time, research Jihad from a muslim source.

Assalamaualaikum wrahamaatullahi wabarakatuah When we read the Quran or any other text(Sahihain, Riyadh us Saliheen, etc) without sufficient understanding of them we go to the scholars and the 'a'immah. When we have a problem with the kitchen sink or with the central heating boiler we dont rationalise and try to fix it ourself because we may know how to read the instructions do we?? NO!!! we go to the pros and for a greater reason when it is the Deen of Allah(swt) the Deen of Islam we dont rationalise for squat, because when the muqallid(in terms of understanding of fiqh and usool) looks at the quran at home and starts reading and sees ayah in the quran because he wasnt taught it and taught the understanding behind he or she then applies a little ration, this results in us getting all the devienceies we hav in this ummah. Imam ul A'zam Imam ul Ahl-ul Sunnah, Imam Abu Hanifa (rh) and Imam Ul Ahl ul Madinah Imam ul Ahl ul Hadith Imam Malik bin Anas(rh) said, (paraphrased) 'Whoever studies from books, knows nothing', and one transmission of Imam Malik states, 'whoever studied from books he's sheikh was the shaitan'. Furthermore Allah(swt) says in the Quran, 'Have you seen those that make their Hawa their Ilah?' from this we can see that we should just rationalise but get prior understand from ulema and then speak.... as salam alykom brother relax we are not here to challenge each other or fight with each other we are here simply to learn. and I am not going to provide any fatwah. Alhamdulelah, u seem knowledgable enough so just relax.

Assalamaualikum warahamatullahi wabarakatuah Subharnallah, I was very very very very relaxed when i sent that mesage... However it does annoy me when people dont accept the fact that the ulema that are in prisons and the ulema that hav become shaheed, like Sheikh Uyeri and Sheikh Sho'aibi, all agreed to 9/11 and that Sheikh Usamah bin Laden himself said that his people did do it, we or some of the muslims still HOWEVER listen to the statements of people who hav never in their lives strived for the haq, hav never been totured, never had their beards ripped off because it was a sunnah never, never had mushriqs urinate in their mouths because they recited quran, never had the kufar taunt them and askthem to pleed to ur 'Allah' to help u now, never had to wake up in the morning to have burning irons placed on their bodies, never been raped by men, never hand their teeth removed, never been constanly totured and mocked and beaten, and believe me sister the list is continuos and doesnt stop because the reality of the muslims is that no matter what country muslim or kufar whereever the musloims speak the truth they will always be placed in prisons and torture. However the reality of the muslims is that they would follow and agree with celebrtries like Hamza Yousef and when he and his people say that these people didnt do jihad and they dont know anything of islam. To these people we say well let them or any1 who follows this understanding, let them stay in the prisons of india where a brother who stops the mushriqs from raping his sister to death is imprisoned and raped and tortured etc, let those muslims who claim that the 19 mujahideen did not do the 9/11 attacks spend a year in egyptian prisons!! Sister my point is that the ulema who said that it is permited are the ones that the masses hate and that goverment scholars attack, they are the minority and the haq will always remain with the minority!!
