Malik twister gave u a very good advice, just try saying Bism Allah before doing anything.

And it may seem hard to maintain dhikr (remembrance of Allah) before any action, however, Sobhan Allah, the minute u develop it. You feel odd for not doing it. I don't want to go off topic here u may want to read:
