Majority of women....

Quote- JohnDoe

The population can be tinkered with in a number of ways. For example, in either India or Pakistan (can't remember which) there is now a practice where the sex of an unborn child is determined and if the child is female, the feotus is aborted.

.......................................................................................................

No this kinda thing MOST in India......Muslim countries do it but not that THAT extent !

I will support this. 50-1? Impossible. The World population is, and always has been, almost a 1-1 split with a slight angle towards women. Even a country as large as China cannot mess up the averages of the rest of the world (that does not practice selective child raising on a large scale)

Law of averages says that there is 1:2 chance of having a male or female (really slightly less when you count the 1:150,000 chance of having a hermephrodite). Without an outside influence, this will not change. Our enviroment still equally supports a even split of male and female briths, with a slightly longer lifespan (measuered in years, not decades for everywhere I just looked) for women.

But alas, I degress. On a short, or long, enough timeline, any statistic can be proven.

John what I mean is that u tend to leave the core of interest as usual and just focus on side matters. The whole thread is a warning for us women to hold our tongues in order to stay away from trouble. U go into an argument with Dan about an explanation he gave. May be he was wrong about it. Well u have other explanations. What I mean is that u do have much effort and keeness to research but u devote it to prove Islam is wrong. U know why, I think this is the second time I tell u this. because deep inside u know it is right.

Try to read the posts and make the research without a premature judgement how about thattttt.

Bismillah

We can put the issue with what I said to rest by my saying, "I was wrong." No problem. But like what was stated before, can we get back to what the post was actually about now?

I can digress with what is being said the majority of times by focusing on grammatical and spelling errors. Is this the place for that? No. Let us try to focus. Has anyone ever written a paper in school? In this paper did one ever go off of the topic and have the teacher address this problem? This seems to be a very big issue with many people on this board.

If you want to address something that was minorly brought up in one post, then START A NEW THREAD. It is not hard to do unless your only purpose is to just win an arguement or prove oneself correct. We have already discussed this issue many times though. So let us see if people actually reflect upon the topics and what others have to say or if we are here to debate solely to debate. If this is the case I know of a site where people LOVE to do this. Sister Jennifer can tell you about it, right sis? [Image: wink.gif]

In closing, just so everyone remembers, Dan is wrong and admits it. Now back to the topic.... Insha'Allah....

Peace.
