a story of negligence

Islam commands us to our work diligently, honestly and sincerly,but alas we in general neglet it thinking it can be done tomorrow or somebody else will do it.How wrong are we in our thinking,is ably demonstrated in this small poem.


This is a story of four people


Everybody ,somebody,Any body and nobody


There was an important job to do and


Every body was asked to it.


Everybody was sure somebody would do it.


Any body would have done it but


Nobody did it.Some body got angry


because it was Every body,s job.


Every body thought Anybody would do it,but


Nobody realised that Everybody would not do it.


It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when


Nobody did what Anybody could have done
