This is very remeniscent of the recent Iraqi War. For nearly three weeks the [b:89f605844f]U.S.U.K.[/b:89f605844f] forces couldn't even capture a chicken coop.....let alone a town.

The link does not work, it says the page may have been removed or the name of the story was changed. Anyway I do not need to read it anyway. 400 against 4??...........That seems fair to the 101st. I am sorry Brothers and Sisters for the actions of our government. I am not so proud to be an American. Is there any country that would like a white American Muslim family that does not know Arabic besides for Salat and greetings?? In sha Allah we will find our place in life. Allah hu alim.

Enmity and hate shall reign between us forever until you believe in Allah, the One and Only God. Surat Al-Mumtahanah 60.4

Truly, in those there is an excellent example for everyone who puts their hopes in Allah and the Last Day. Surat Al-Mumtahanah 60.6

And who but a fool would renounce the faith of Ibraaheem? We chose him in this worldly life while in the Hereafter he will be among the righteous. Surat Al-Baqarah 2.130[/b:554748fb7c]

The point I trying to make was even with all their power etc they're helpless. They can't harm a fly until Allah Subhaanahu wa Taalaa wills. Look back at the evidence I posted.

And by the way u don't have to be ashamed of anything. I live in Egypt a Muslim country with a Muslim majority and a Christian minority. I work near the US embassy. Since the war of Iraq, they mobilized security forces and blocked streets, I am not allowed to go through the street to access my work, I have to show my ID, they search my purse. This is Egyptian gov. I really don't like to talk like this. But Mutawakkil, we totally know the difference between people and gov. When I visit the US or work with Americans I just follow the Quran and sunnah in regard to dealing with non Muslims. We must observe these rules very closely, understand their feelings and threats of being different from us. Again, we never judge people by their government action. Didn't see the demostrations during the war?

Again it is nice to have u with us Mutawakkil

You will see them cry more and more as a few of them start to die (soldiers) and fear overwhelms them. Look at the photos of their soldiers. All the technology and armour in the world and every picture shows their faces full of fear.

But we are our worst enemy. Look again at the war. Three weeks and they could not capture a chicken coop, let alone a town, Remember? Then one morning we woke up and the war was over. It felt you were watching a movie and fell asleep and woke up just in time to catch the end of the story. Remember? Overnight. Why? We lost the war because of traitors. They were powerless. Their soldiers are cowards and so are their people. That’s why they protest. Because they are cowards. Allah says they are cowards.

They are losers. We are winners. Except that we have traitors in our camp. They are incapable of harming us.

They have killed well over a million Iraqis since the Gulf war so the Iraqis can have their religion of Democracy. And just what does that mean? Rule by the people – For the people. The people ARE the government. Check your dictionary. If they reply that in reality that Dictators rule them too and the people are helpless to stop Dubya.....then why are they killing us?

If we keep making excuses for them they'll never stop killing us. We are dividing into two camps....."The party of Allah and the Party of Satan".

Hadeeth of two camps:

Abdullah bin 'Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu `alaihi wa sallam said:[b:21a6c7b7b6]“The fitnah of Al-Ahlas (continuous calamity) is mass desertion and war. Then, the fitnah of As-Sarraa [meaning ‘the rich’, when some reach people use their money to hire others to fight for them] will start from under the feet of a man who claims that he is of me (of my descendants). However, he is not of me, for my loyal friends are the ones who have taqwa. Afterwards, people will unite around a man whose reign is unstable. Then, the fitnah of Ad-Duhaymaa [it is called ‘dark and black fitnah’ because of its enormity] (will start) and will not leave any member of this nation without severely touching him. When it is thought that its time has come to an end, it will be lengthened. Meanwhile (during this fitnah), a man will wake up as a believer and will meet the night as a disbeliever, until people divide into two camps: A camp of belief that contains no hypocrisy, and a camp of hypocrisy that contains no belief. If this happens, then await the ! Dajjal on that day or the next.” [/b:21a6c7b7b6][Ahmad, Abu Dawood and al-Hakim, Mishkatul-Masabih, vol. 4, no. 5403]

But here comes the hard question – in what camp are our hearts?

Let’s digress for a minute. Have you ever heard the expression “What goes around, comes around”? Does History repeat? Are there lessons from the past that we should take heed of? Is the Qur’an a Holy Book of Guidance or just an old history magazine? Why does Allah tell us the stories of the ancients? To learn from or just a pleasant waste of time?

[b:21a6c7b7b6]This Book (Al-Qur'an) which We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) is highly blessed, so that they may ponder upon its verses and the men of understanding may learn a lesson from it.[/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Sad 38.29

The Qur’an is not an ornament to be displayed on a shelf for baraka. Nor is it something to be recited just for ten hasana per letter. It’s a book of guidance not a book of songs. It’s a book of lessons. Does not history repeat? Let’s look at the ancients and compare then with now.

[b:21a6c7b7b6]Such were the people of 'Ad. They denied the revelations of their Rabb, disobeyed His Rasool, and followed the command of every stubborn oppressor. They were followed by a curse in this world, and cursed they shall be on the Day of Resurrection. Beware! 'Ad denied their Rabb. Beware! Gone are 'Ad, the people of Hood.[/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Hud 11.59-60

Are we not the people of Hood?

[b:21a6c7b7b6]O you who believe! Take neither Jews nor Christians as your protecting friends: they are only protecting friends of one another. Whoever of you disobeys this commandment will be counted as one of them. Surely Allah does not guide the wrongdoers. [/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Al-Maidah 5.51

Are we too the Sufahaa (fools)? Are we not inclined towards the disobedient?

In fact he is not of your family; for he is not of righteous conduct. So do not ask Me anything of which you have no knowledge! I admonish you, lest you become one of the ignorant!"[/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Hud 11.45-46

Do we not follow the leaders of the people of Hood and the leaders of the people of Nuh? Must we listen to every idiot? Every Taghut? When they say we must obey Waleel Umr, we obey. But the Taghut make kafir auliya and work towards killing the muslims. They expose our secrets and weaknesses to the Kafir.

In the Sunan of An-Nasaa'ee, on the authority of 'Abdullaah ibn 'Amr, Radi Allahu Anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhe wa sallam said, [b:21a6c7b7b6]"The demise of the dunyaa would be easier on Allah than the killing of a single Muslim man."[/b:21a6c7b7b6]

The taghut throw into prison or kill anyone who speaks out. We accept so we share in the killing.

Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihee Wassalam said: [b:21a6c7b7b6]"The master of the martyrs is Hamza and the man who stood to advise the unjust Ruler and he killed him".[/b:21a6c7b7b6] [Muslim]

But now we say the master of the terrorists is he who stands up to the unjust ruler and says “You are wrong.” And now who says to taghut “You are right” is called the biggest shaykh. And do we not follow every idiot sheikh?

[b:21a6c7b7b6]They have taken their rabbis and priests to be their Lords beside Allah. [/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat At-Taubah 9.31

We have a choice of which group to listen to. The imprisoned ones or the Muftis and Shaykhs of High Office. But who puts the microphones in their hands? Who puts them on television? Who gives them their chairs? They brainwash us and we happily obey.

Lets look at the example of OBL. When he was fighting Russia, America said “This man is a hero.” So the muslims responded “This man is a hero”. Then he went from Hero to Zero overnight when he obeyed his Rabb and his Rasool and said “Get out of the holy lands”. America said “This man is a terrorist”. So the muslims responded “This man is a terrorist”. The big Fir’own in america has said “This is too much. He has exceeded the limits. He is a terrorist. He is a maker of mischief. Let us kill him for you”. And the muslims have responded “Yes, kill him”.

Does history repeat itself? Is this a blast from the past? Do we deny our Rabb and His Rasool and obey every idiot leader? Let’s look at our leader of the masses from the times of the ancients.

[b:21a6c7b7b6]Finally Fir'own said: "Let me kill Musa; and let him invoke his Rabb! I fear that he may change your religion or that he may cause mischief to appear in the land."[/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Ghafir 40.26

[b:21a6c7b7b6]Thus did he make fools (Sufahaa) of his people and they obeyed him; surely they were a nation of fasiqeen.[/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Az-Zukhruf 43.54

We have to harden our hearts towards the Party of Satan. This life is not to be treated as a game if we want to belong to the party of Allah.

[b:21a6c7b7b6]You will never find any people who believe in Allah and the last Day on friendly terms with those who oppose Allah and His Rasool, even though they be their fathers, their sons, their brothers or their relatives. It is they in whose hearts Allah has inscribed faith and has strengthened them with a spirit of His own. He will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, to live therein forever. Allah will be well pleased with them, and they will be well pleased with Him. They are the party of Allah. Beware! Surely it is the party of Allah that will be successful.[/b:21a6c7b7b6] Surat Al-Mujadilah 58.22

you really touched on a crucial point here. This is the core of interest. The Quran how far do we apply it? I fully agree with every word u said in your excellent post. Except for one thing. And remember I am an Arab living in an Arab Muslim country. Muslims by birth, although I have a special opinion about this, but let us not get off topic, just took Islam so much for granted. We became so much involved in worldly affair and overlooked our Amah entrusted by Allah.

One more point Mutawakil

I tend not to put everything on the tyrant rules, Not that they are correct or I agree of any of they are doing. Not but the Quran is very clear, it is our sins due to which Allah assigns on us those who don't fear Him or have mercy on us. We improve Allah Shall certainly remove the test. This is my own understanding.

My journey to Islaam is personal between Allah Subhaanahu wa Taalaa and myself. Alhamdulillah, all praise, thanks and glory to Allah Subhaanahu wa Taalaa for guiding this undeserving creature to Islaam. I will be muslim three full Islaamic years next Eid.....in shaa Allah. I will say however that prior to my Reversion I had no contact with Islam whatsoever. While surfing the net a webpage popped opened one night and I read the following.....which abruptly put an end to my life as a kafir.

Sobhan Allah, just as I was expecting. I fully understand your point of keeping your journey between u and Allah and certainly respect your wish.

And all praise be to Allah Who guided us all to this and if it was not for Him we wouldn't have been guided. But once again Welcome back home.

One more comment about the post. I also do agree with u about different motives of demostrating between us and Kafirs. It is one of the puzzling issues to them. They see Muslims are crazy when they don't fear death during a battle. Simply they are not aware of our goal. However, what i meant with my comment, is that we still have to adopt a kind attitude with them and not take them by their government actions. We must continue to play a role model Muslim regardless they revert or not. It is our duty to well represnt Islam. This is what I meant Akhi.
