We are in need of at least five cars at AMANA. Especially vans and trucks.
These cars will be used for:
- Volunteers
- Deliveries of Books, Food, clothes and light furnitures.
- Visiting Hospitals, Nurseries and Prisons.
- Neighborhood Watch
- Other needs to meet Al-AMANA Projects
AMANA, The American Muslim Association of North America, is a Florida Non Profit Organization.
Any Donation will be Tax Deductible insha Allah.
An example: One of the cases is a person who is staying in the nursery home at 135 Street and 3 Avenue NE.
This person going through Leukemia therapies and AMANA took his case to monitor him.
We visit him to meet his needs we pick him up on Fridays to go for the prayer. Last weak we paid a deposit for him to leave the nursery to live in a healthier atmosphere and insha Allah we stay with him as long as it takes.
This is an example of many and Allah knows best.

Thieves are putting a thin clear, rigid plastic "sleeve: into the ATM card slot. When you insert your card, the machine cannot read the strip, so it keeps asking you to re-enter your pin number. Meanwhile, someone behind you watches as you enter and re-enter your number. Eventually you give up, thinking the machine has captured your card and walk away. The thieves then remove the plastic sleeve complete with card, and empty your account. The way to avoid this is to run your finger along the card slot before you put your card in. The sleeve has a couple of tiny prongs that the thieves need to get it out of the slot, and you will be able to feel them. Law enforcement would like as many people as possible to be aware of this scam, so please pass this information on to your friends and family and associates.
