The Quran is the writings of Muhammad's apparent visions over 22 years.
What makes you so sure that Muhammad truly was a prophet and was spoken to in the manner he said?
Please, take no offense, simply I mean that other relgions (Judiasm and Christianity for instance) base their holy books upon the writings of many people experiencing the visions and being spoken to by god. In the realm of validation many people is greater than trusting the word of just one single man.

Phat, first off the Quran is not composed by prophet MOhamed PAPBUH it was revealed to him from Allah by Angle Gabriel. Prophet Mohamed PAPBUH was illiterate. This question has been answered on the board I think several times. Yet Insha Allah later today I will look for some links for u to read. So in short the Quran is the word of Allah and not the views of any human being. It is a methodology for us to follow, it is our manual. Human manual.
