Hi, just thought I would introduce myself. I am from Trinidad. The population is about 25% islamic. I am looking for mature people to contribute to some topics at hand. Thanks for having me here. All the best.

Hey, whatever happened to Russell Latapy ?

My Introduction - Guest - 10-30-2003

I am not sure, he went to the UK, but do not which club he plays for, you are a fan of football?

My Introduction - Guest - 10-30-2003

Yes, he played for Hibernian in Edinburgh Scotland. He ended up getting the sack after a night on the town with Dwight Yorke I think it was. He was picked up by another Scottish club, moved on again and now I don't know where he is. A great player but his off field antics were just too much.

Hibs had a few Trinidad players after a tour they did there. None of them panned out. Tony Rougier was another player who did reasonably well but Latapy was THE MAN.

What religion do you belong to?

My Introduction - Guest - 10-31-2003

I don't have a religion, nor do I need one. What religion are you ? Is it safe to assume Muslim/Islam ?

My Introduction - Guest - 11-01-2003

No, your assumption would be wrong. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but that is irrelevant to my being here.

My purpose is to look for muslims / arabs who are willing to discuss religious / political issues in a constructive manner on an international forum that caters for every race / religion. In this way there can be both sides of the coin rather than one side. Being from Trinidad I am neutral.

Tony Rougier is now at Brentfors and according to reports, scored a cracker from 25 yards [Image: tongue.gif]
