A companion came asking the Messenger what are the best deeds, he said paryer on time, the questioner repeated the question and got the same answer for 3 times, on the 4th time the Messenger said Jihad.
We need hadeeth like that and then Insh aAllah analyze them of course according to our humble knowledge

Narrated By Abdullah: I asked the Prophet(Pbuh) "Which deeds is the dearest to Allah ?"He replied to offer the prayers at their early stated fixed times. " I asked what is the next? (in goodness)
He replied " to be good and dutiful to your parents. I again asked " what is the next ?(in goodness) He replied " To participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause. " Abdullah added ' I asked only that much and if i had asked more, the prophet would have told me more'.
Vol 2, Book 26, Hadith 595 (Sahihi Bukhari)

Narrated By Aisha ( the mother of the faithful believers) "O Allah's apostle! We consider Jihad as the best deed." The prophet said " The best Jihad (for Women) is Hajj Mabrur.
Vol 3, Book 29, Hadith 084 (Sahihi Bukhari)

Narrated by Aisha (the mother of the faithful believers) I said" O Allah's apostle shouldn't we participate in Holy battles and Jihad along with you? He replied ' The best and the most superior Jihad (for women) is Hajj which is accepted by Allah. " Aisha Added ' Ever since I have heared that from Allah's apostle I have demermined not to miss Hajj.
Vol 4, Book 52, Hadith 248 (Sahihi Bukhari)

Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr: A man came to the prophet asking his permission to take part in Jihad, the prophet asked him " Are your parents alive?" He replied in the affirmative. The prophet said to him "Then exert yourself in their service".

Narrated Mo-`adh Ibn Jabal that he heard the Messenger (PAPBUH) say:" A muslim man who fights in the name of Allah may He be Glorified for the time equal to the time span between two times of milking a she camel shall be certainly rewarded with Jannah" (reported by Annase-ay)

The Prophet PBUH was asked sometime by one of the Moslems who wanted to go for Jihad, would you give me persmission to Go for Jihad, Ya Rasul Allah? The answer came shocking to everybody. The Prophet asked him-As he Knew the man's story-: Do You Have parents? YES! The Man answered, then The Prophet said: Do Jihad by caring for your parents! and stay with them untill they die and this is your Jihad.
Jihad is the Fight of self against all sins and bringing the soul to worship Allah the Only one God.

Excuse me Abohamza30, suppose an army comes and invade your country, killing raping, u will just sit and say that Jihad is the fight of self agianst sins. Then we will just sit and let invaders kill us and say we must suppress our anger becasue it is Jihad

. The case above was for that man only, because he was the only son for his parents, that does not mean that every1 will sit to leave Jihad. Hadak Allah brother. Then how did the Islamic nation grow but by Jihad??

This is what Abohamazah mean Radiyah, as we are trying to post Ayah's or hadeeth pertaining to jihad, this is one of them that regulates similar cases. In this thread, if we continue Insh aAllah we can really make an excellent archive that cover the topic. Ok brothers and sisters let us work on it.
O and by the way, where is brother Abo Hamzah, hope he is fine.
