Benefits Of Ayatul Kursi - Mutanaqqibah - 06-11-2004 assalamu alykum everybody! its been so long since i was here, and im so amazed over the changes. anyway, im glad that we are still here, alhamdulillah. i just wanna share something here that i received from a sister, and i hope it would inspire the readers just as it had inspired me. Mutanaqqibah Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem. In the Name of Almighty Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. Benefits of the Ayat-ul-Kursi (Thanks to Sister Isma & Brother Shiyas for forwarding this inspiring article) It was reported in a local paper in Rochdale (A town of northwest England, north-northeast of Manchester) , of a young woman who was raped down in a small dark alley (A narrow passage between buildings) one evening. On a separate evening around the same time, a young Muslim woman was walking home from college. Aware that it was getting dark fast, she wanted to get home as soon as possible, so her mother would not be worrying about her being outside alone at night. The young Muslim girl faced a dilemma. To take the short cut down the same alleyway to avoid getting home after dark, or to take the longer route and have her mother worrying herself sick about her daughters' safety. Conscious of the time, she takes the alleyway. While the girl is walking down the alley, she sees a rather sinister (threatening evil), a dark figure of a man walking towards her from the other end. As her pace quickens, she begins to read Ayat-ul-kursi for her safety. On passing the man, he makes eye contact but carries on walking. When the young Muslim girl reaches home she tells her family about this sinister (threatening evil) looking man, they advise her to contact the police, after having read the newspaper article some time before. When she contacts the police they ask her to give a physical description of the man. It matches the description the rape victim had given. Some days later the young Muslim girl receives a phone call from the police, asking her if she would come down to the police station to identify the man in a line up. Both the rape victim and the Muslim girl pick out the same man. The police are confused; they ask the rapist why he attacked one girl and not the other. In reference to the Muslim girl, he replies 'why would I attack her when she was walking with two huge men on either side of her?' Benefits Of Ayatul Kursi - Muslimah - 06-12-2004 as salam alykom dearest sister Mutanaqqibah Really long time, but I still gave u access to Banat Aisha where your thread was moved and some input were made. Welcome back and jazaki Allah khairan for sharing this with us Benefits Of Ayatul Kursi - Senorita - 06-16-2004 Mutanaqqibah Welcome Back Sister. The man was just walking towards the sister and he was evil looking, for that she could call the cops? Wow I find that facinating. Now that we're at it, I'm wondering if that policy truly does exist anywhere? Someone looks at you evil and the police will actually do antyhing about that? I have been threatened a few times in the middle of the street, many times verbally but 2 times physically. Now that experience is stuck with me. I'm never 100% comfortable walking back home from school. One of the man who attacked me physically was a mentally ill Muslim, Alhamdulilah I forgave him. His family and the muslim community came to our home and they apologized. However the other one was a kafir. May Allah protect all muslimahs ameen. FeeAmanaAllah Benefits Of Ayatul Kursi - Muslimah - 06-19-2004 La hawala wala qowata ila billah ukht Senorita, I think u missed a point in the article, she called the cops to report the man who liked evil after being informed about the news article making it a possibility of the rapist. The police grew concerned when she gave similar description as the victim. But do use Ayatul korsi before going out to the street, u also know that before going out of the house u must say: Bismellah, tawakalut a`ala Allah wa La hawla wala qowata ila billah a`alyee al a`azeem. Allahum inni a`oudh bika an azel aw uzal, aw adel aw udal, aw an ujhal aw an ujahula`alyee. Allah taught us how to protect ourselves, Insh a Allah may Allah protect us all ameen |
