ASALAM ALAKOM
IN THE BEGINNING ALLAH MADE MAN AND MAN WAS LONELY SO ALLAH PUT ADAM ASLEEP AND TOOK ONE NOT TWO NOT THREE ETC BUT ONE RIB BONE FROM THE MAN AND MADE WOMAN THIS ONE WOMAN WAS IN ALLAH WISDOM SUFFICIANT FOR MAN. FOR WHO IS WISER THAN ALLAH TO SAY OTHER
AND THEY WHERE INSTRUCTED TO EAT ALL FRUIT SEEDS AND PLANTS, LATER MANKIND STARTED TO EAT ANIMALS AND SO ALLAH BEING MERCIFULL SAID THESE ARE THE ANIMALS YOU SHOULD EAT AND THOSE ARE THE ANIMAL YOU SHALL NOT EAT NAMELY THE SWINE AND THE CAMEL WHY IS IT THAT ARABS EAT CAMEL
HAS FOLLOWERS OF ALLAH IS IT RIGHT THAT GIRLS WITH NO LOVE FOR AMAN SHOULD MARRY HIM BECOUSE OF HER FATHER WILL. MAYBE THIS IS THE MISSING LINK FOR HE WHO KNOW NOT LOVE KNOW NOT ALLAH FOR ALLAH IS LOVE. ALL MUSLIM WOMEN MAY HAVE LOYALTY AND RESPECT BUT THERE IS NO LOVE AND WHERE THERE IS NO LOVE A NATION WILL PERISH.
MAYBE THIS IS WHY THERE IS SO MUCH TROUBLES IN THE MUSLIM COUNTRIES THEY ONLY HAVE ORDER AND NOT LOVE, WHILE IN THE WESTERN WORLD I AGREE THERE IS NO ORDER BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF LOVE

Actually I think the concept of "LOVE" is something seriously misunderstood. About your comment:

Actually there may be no order because there is NO LOVE. Only the illusion of it. How many relationships end in divorce because of cheating, how many wars are started because of greed, how many rapes, muders etc. are commited here in the USA which I guess has more people in prisons than any other nation on earth for violent crimes. This is because of love? Of course it is not. But westren media would like you to believe we are a society of free people, of people of 'tolerance' where even the homosexuals are supposed to be treated with honor and respect and where has this lack of morals brought this country? Like it or not, we are in a social (and increasingly economic) downfall and I expect it only to worsen. So please dont tell me how this is a love based society. In fact it is quite the opposite.
Really we can find the pitfalls of every nation, Muslim majority nation or otherwise. But it is not right to point to religion as the factor. In fact religious ignorance is one reason for these shortcomings.
And if you want to know what a religion says about any topic dont look to what the people are doing, instead take the time and learn about what the religion says. Knowledge is power.
May Allah guide us all and help us in our search for peace and truth, Ameen.

LOVE IS THAT WHICH IS EXPRESSED BY THE MOST HIGH CREATOR OF ALL THINGS,WHO WAS BEFORE ALL THINGS, BEFORE FAITH AND BEFORE RELIGEON.
AND FREE WILL WAS GIVEN TO MAN KIND BY THE MOST HIGH, YET MAN TRY TO REMOVE FREE WILL FOR THEIR OWN POWER LET THE BLESSING OF THE MOST HIGH BE WITH THEM THAT ARE FREE FROM MAN AND ARE TRUE TO THE CREATOR.
FAITH IS NOT REALITY OR FACTUAL ITS AN IDEA WHICH NEEDS NO RATIONALITY, COMMON SENSE OR EVIDENCE ITS THAT WHICH CHILDREN FOLLOW UNTILL THEY GAIN KNOWLEDGE IF THEY ARE ALLOWED TO.
WHERE THERE IS KNOWLEDGE THERE IS NO NEED FOR FAITH. FAITH IS FOR THOSE WHO LACK COMMON SENSE, KNOWLEDGE AND RATIONALITY.
THIS IS OBVIOUS FOR EVERY RELIGION DEPENDS ON FAITH WHERE EXPLANATION IS NOT POSIBLE. LIKE CHRISTIANS AND CHRIST DYING ON THE CROSS AND THEN COMING BACK TO LIFE OR LIKE ANY ONE WHO BE;IEVES HE CAME FROM A VIRGIN YET HIS PEOPLE RE ASSURES MAN KIND THIS IS NOT SO FOR THEY WAS LOOKING FOR THIS AT THE TIME SO THE THEORY OF CHRIST IS SOLEY IN FAITH SOME PEOPLE FAITH SAY VIRGIN BUT NO DEATH ON THE CROSS AND SOME SAY VIRGIN AND CROSS MEAN WHILE THOSE OF KNOWLEDGE SAY THESE FAITHS ARE JUST THAT.............................. I tend to agree with 99% of what you said. I don't believe we are able to love unless we're free, however, I wouldn't call Westerners free. In fact, I'd say that the majority of us are locked in chains. We're free in so far as we seek what's good... & that's God. JP2 developed a theory on freedom <i>for</i> the truth as opposed to freedom <i>from</i> the truth. The former is positive & the latter is negative. Unfortunately, society is leaning towards the latter & that makes people of the world slaves to sin not free to love.
One problem that I have with your quote is the bit on homosexuals. I believe they must still be treated with honor & respect, & I say that because we're all God's creatures & no one's perfect. Love the sinner, hate the sin.
