1-Yes this is allowed.

2-No,there is no need to break your pray and start all over again .But try to avoid this situation as possible as you can.

3-Yes,he need to stop and perform wudu again

4-I think using wet toliet paper or water is acceptable. But why you pray salaat Zuhur and Asar together as you perform travel pray ?

I hope I am correct and clear.

Bismillah

As Salam alaikum

2. If you find that your mind is persistantly wandering then say "A'oothu billahi mina shantan errajeem" (I seek refuge with Allah from the cursed devil) and spit to your left three times (this spitting is like an "air spit" like "Puh, puh, puh" kind of like if you have a hair or something in your mouth. Then continue on where you were in your prayer.

4. I have yet to come across a fatwa from a scholar that allows the use of just wet toliet paper since the sunnah is to use flowing water. I used to do this method myself. Then a knowledgable person suggested bringing a bottle of water to the restroom. I know do this. I keep a bottle specifically marked at my desk to bring with me to the restroom. If anyone of my coworkers find this odd, they have yet to say anything. Shaytan keeps us from the sunnah by building up fears in our minds like "What will people say or think if I keep bringing this bottle of water to the restroom?" Then I remember what Allah will Insha'Allah reward me with for sticking with a sunnah even when it is more difficult. Plus if someone does eventually ask, it is a good dawah opportunity.

As Salam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu
