How do you perform two prostrations of forgetfulness. - lifutushi - 03-18-2008 Salaam, you can do the sujud sahu/sahwi before or after salam. if you realize that you forgot something before you finish your salat, then do it before salam (after tahiyyatul akhir). if you realize after salah, do it after salam, then give salam once more after the sujud. the sujud/prostration whould be done twice and the recitation is: Wallahu 'alam. hope that helps
