Miscellaneous Ahadeeth on good mannerism - Muslimah - 10-05-2011
Narrated under the authority of Abi Horaira may Allah be pleased with him that the Messenger of Allah blessing and peace be upon him said "one who believes in Allah and the Day After would only say what is good or remain silent, one who believes in Allah and the Day After would be gracious to his neighbour, and one who believes in Allah and the Day After would be gracious to his guest" (reported by Bukhari and Muslim).
Narrated under the authority of Anas he said: the Messenger of Allah blessing and peace be upon him met Aba Dhar, and he said: O Aba Dhar, Wouldn't I inform you about two qualities?" he said: yes O Messenger of Allah, he said: adopt and embrace good and sound mannerism and long silence, in the name of the One in Whom Hands my soul is, creatures would not have been adorned with any other qualities".
Narrated the authority of Abi may Allah be pleased with him said: the Messenger of Allah blessing and peace be upon him said: You shall not be admitted to Jannah until you believe, and you shall not believe until you embrace inter love, shouldn't I inform you of something, if you do it you would love each other? Diffuse peace among yourselves" (reported by Muslim).
Narrated under the authority of Mu`adh Bin Jabal saying: last of which the Messenger of Allah told me to adopt when I inserted my foot into the saddle curve (translator's explanation: before going to Yemen) that he said: embrace good and kind mannerism with people O Mu`adh" (reported by Malek)

The Prophet blessing and peace be upon him said: a believer may attain due to his good mannerism the degree or level of one who is constantly Saem (performs fasting) Qa`em (perform late night time Salat). (reported by Imam Ahmad and Ashab Sunan)
Narrated by Jaber that the Messenger blessing and peace be upon him said: {Those who would be closest to me in seating position in the Day of Resurrection are those who are best in mannerism] (reported by Ahmad, Termidhi and Ibn habban)
