Belief in Angels is one of the 6 pillars upon which faith (Imaan) is built in Islam...the other 5 being:--belief in Allah as One (Our Creator, the Only One worthy of Worship), belief in His Messengers, belief in Allah's Scriptures or Books, the Last of which is the Holy Qur'an, belief in the Last Day/Judgement Day and belief in Qadar (Fate).
