This room - Muslimah - 10-02-2004 as salam alykom Anya U r aware that all u need to do when u go to the link is just expand the topics, it is a whole room dedicated for Haj and Umrah enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyy This room - soulperson - 09-24-2007 Let us endeavour to utilize the remaining days of Ramadan by performing good deeds. For Ramadan can never be substituted by any other month. It is a month in which hearts are refined and sins are forgiven. It is a month of security and peace for the frightened. For it is zikrullah that brings peace and content in hearts. In this great month, many hands have been raised in supplication, many tears've been shed and many hearts've struck with the fear of Allah. Allah has showered His Mercy and Favor on many of His servants in this month. Let's spend the next joyful days and wait for the Night of Power which is due in the last ten days.Nobody knows exactly in which night it is.There is a wisdom behind that.Just to be good believer. Let us try this month to do what the prophet and his wives used to do what is called "Iatikaaf"seclusion in the Masjed for worshiping Allah and be busy with invocations and supplications.I call on you my bothers and sisiters to try this good experience......I am sure that you are going to enjoy it too much, plus the obediance of Allah and His Messenger"Muhammad peace be upon him"...... You might not come across this golden chance. What do you think??? This room - Muslimah - 09-25-2007 Bismillah as salam alykom brother soulperson. Welcome back and Ramadan mubarak, hope u r doing well with your studies brother. Certainly we all need to attain utmost benefit during this month on all possible levels. May Allah Bring the hearts of Muslims together ameen. This room - soulperson - 09-29-2007 Peace be upon all of you my brothers and sisters. Today I am going to talk about of the traditions of our beloved prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)that he used to maintain during the last ten days of Ramadan. What did he used to do?Big Question He used to stay in the mosque to worship Allah. That is called "i'tikaf. It is really a great prophetic act of worship. One must be busy with supplications, reading Qu'ran, and prayers. He should not leave the mosque unless something urgent takes place. It is not permissble for a person who observes i'tikaf to visit a patient or to witness a burial ceremony unless he takes that condition into consideration in advance.Otherwise it is invalid. It is an ecxiting experience to get ready for the Night of Decree which is better than one thousand month in worship. It is due in the last ten days of Ramadan. Allaah informs us that He sent down the Noble Quran in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree), the blessed night referred to in the His Words (which mean): "Indeed, We sent it down during the Night of Decree." The night of Al-Qadr occurs in the month of Ramadhaan, as Allaah Says (what means): "The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’an..." [Quran 2:185]. Here are signs that can help us to know which night it could be. The night of Al-Qadr occurs in the month of Ramadhaan, as Allaah Says (what means): "The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’an..." [Quran 2:185]. That night is not too cold not too hot,but mild.A good believer can feel more secure and transquial more than any other night. The light of the night is so bright on it. This room - Muslimah - 09-30-2007 Bismillah as salam alykom brother Jazakum Allah khairan for the post but the link to signs of Laytul Qader is inoperative.
