What do you guys think of this? - Muslimah - 06-03-2004

as salam alykom

because Allah Knows best we can not assign ourselves judges and label who is a true Muslim and who is not. I really fear much going into this area, many factors must be taken in consideration and we must never really let our feelings towards Islam take us in this direction. In this I am not talking about Sadam, yet I can never say he is not Muslim unless I hear this from him personally, i can only say his behaviour wallah u a`alem was not according to Islam, but in his case specially Allah Showed us his position. Allah S&T manifested on him with His Attribute Al-Mutakabbir: The Proud

"...the Proud (Al-Mutakabbir )..." (59:23).

Allah's quality of being the Proud considers everything less in comparison to its own essence. Majesty and glory belong to Allah alone. From this quality comes the command to magnify Allah by saying the takbîr, Allâhu akbar, Allah is Greater. This is pride in the purest sense of the word. It is inconceivable of anyone except Allah in an absolute sense.

Allah allowed the US to humiliate saddam who tried to take an Attribute of Allah

But still, we dont need to label people saying not muslims lest it falls back on us, only Allah Knows who is a true Muslim and who is not.

Plus what is the definition of terrorism?????

Who makes the definition???

who decides what is terrorism and what is not? I think we debated this before many times....

No need to dig again just for the sake of posting

Hazam, originally u stated your position as agnostic, in other words, not sure about Allah's existence. <b>why r u coming now trying to judge Muslims? Judging them according to what? if u try to judge Muslims by Islam, then u imply that Islam is true????????????????????????????
</b>

Other wise, why would u care? I know the thread is closed, Radiyah after your permission I will open it for Hazam to reply to this point???? and then lock it again is it ok with u??? sorry for that hope u dont mind :embarrase

what are you talking about? I just asked her if she thought if bin laden was a true muslim or not. I'll ask you the same question Muslimah, do you consider bin laden to be a true muslim?

Quote: Saddam is not a muslim, he might have a muslim name and origin, but with what he did to his people, his neighbors, no he is not a true muslim.
I would agree with that Radiyah, considering he was the leader of a socialist/communist party called the Baathist party. FYI communists deny the existance of a creator i.e Allah SWT.

We shouldn't be surprised Saddam used Islam and rhetoric to justify his stance and actions, as that is expected of those who have speaches written by the CIA!

It seems the kufaar are more aware of how to mobilise the muslims by using Islam than the muslims themselves. Then again, the shaitaan knows more about Islam than we do!!

The issue is not whether he is a true muslim or not as that is between him and his lord.

What the issue here is are his origins and whose agenda is/was he facilitating.

Everyone knows he was supported and assisted by the US via the CIA as even the US openly points out. For those who are unaware or disagree then you must be new comers to Planet Earth and I suggest you read.

Anyways, the question is, can anyone give me any shred of evidence that Laden has severed ties with the CIA after 9/11?

May sound like a silly question but then again it is these simple/silly questions which make a difference and help to put the jigsaw together!

Has anyone thought of the fact that after the death of communism i.e. the red menace, the only ideological threat remaining was that of Islam i.e. the green menace and the world needed a justification to deal with Islam to illiminate that threat???

If there was a universal definition of terrorism then I think the US and her friends would fall into it which is why the US (usually good at creating definitions and terms) has not established one yet.

It's funny how the Afghans when they were fighting the Soviets the US and the media were referring to them as "mujahideen". But after the Soviets were dealt with the same people were being termed "fanatics, extremists or terrorists"!

the only reason some muslim people tolerate saddam is because he wanted to free palestine [Image: smile.gif] . (But off course the zionists jews tht control america dont want tht hence the reason they got rid of him)- thts my opinion by the way.as for bin laden being a true muslim or not i totally agree with brother deen

but if you were to ask whether i thought bin laden was a good man or not then i would say although hes an extremist hes tryin to do a good cause- unite the muslim something tht none of the muslim leaders are not doing instead they are lying on their backsides and freeloading off the american government.i still think 9/11 was a conspiracy conjured up by the zionists. i guess they are the only people who will stoop tht low
