If you didn't know there were also many European nations that armed Saddam as well (look into France and Germeny for details). And yes, during the war Russia was helping to arm Iran. It was a war, and countries like the U.S. and Germany thought they could make a profit on it. Now, if you look into previous wars, you will realize that this kind of thing happend all the time. We didn't tell Saddam to use those weapons now did we? It is like buying a gun, killing someone, and having a bunch of lunatics go, "Hey, look who sold him that weapon!!!" To say it again, I am sick of that argument.

Tired of an argument? Pretty much a fact to me. Does this mean that you really mean that you are tired of facts? Of course, if other countries do something, then it completely validates whatever the US does right? Now that is an argument.
