Defender of the Flag : In memory of Alia Ansari
Let us remember the MURDER of Alia Ansari, an Afghan-American Muslim mother of 6 children, who was shot in the head on the sidewalk as she was picking her children up from school in Fremont, California. Alia was a proud muslim woman who wore the hijab proudly. Alia once described that hijab was "her flag" and she would never take it off even if someone put a gun to her head. Don't ever forget what Alia Ansari stood up for!! Alia Ansari...the Rosa Parks of our time!!!
