POM, this I m not sure of, did you check the fatwas I posted, do they include anything in this regard.


Matter of fact, as I said earlier in the organ donation matter, I m more comfortable about Sha`rawy's opinion that it is not permissible.


For instance, I was put in a situation two years ago, a co worker was trying to raise fund for a liver transplant surgery, we investigated the matter, and the results are somehow ambigous leave alone that the patient would need an annual check up that is very costly. The needed amount was huge enough for example to help like at least 10 couples marry.


Then another co worker checked with a scholar who said firstly we should not call it transplanting, since we can not transplant anything into Allah's Creation.


But regarding donation to a non Muslims well may be we dig more Insh a Allah.
