Yes
3:85Whoso seeketh as religion other than the Surrender (to Allah) it will not be accepted from him, and he will be a loser in the Hereafter.
5:72 They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. ... Lo! whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah, for him Allah hath forbidden paradise. His abode is the Fire. For evil-doers there will be no helpers.
Or No?
2:62 Those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabaeans - whoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right - surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
5:69 Lo! those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Sabaeans, and Christians - Whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right - there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.

Why not? Because the Quran says so, that's why not.
002.006
YUSUFALI: As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe.
PICKTHAL: As for the Disbelievers, Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not it is all one for them; they believe not.
SHAKIR: Surely those who disbelieve, it being alike to them whether you warn them, or do not warn them, will not believe.
002.007
YUSUFALI: Allah hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they (incur).
PICKTHAL: Allah hath sealed their hearing and their hearts, and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be an awful doom.
SHAKIR: Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing and there is a covering over their eyes, and there is a great punishment for them.
Allah purposefully makes the disease of disbelief worse:
002.010
YUSUFALI: In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves).
PICKTHAL: In their hearts is a disease, and Allah increaseth their disease. A painful doom is theirs because they lie.
SHAKIR: There is a disease in their hearts, so Allah added to their disease and they shall have a painful chastisement because they
002.017
YUSUFALI: Their similitude is that of a man who kindled a fire; when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness. So they could not see.
PICKTHAL: Their likeness is as the likeness of one who kindleth fire, and when it sheddeth its light around him Allah taketh away their light and leaveth them in darkness, where they cannot see,
SHAKIR: Their parable is like the parable of one who kindled a fire but when it had illumined all around him, Allah took away their light, and left them in utter darkness-- they do not see.
002.018
YUSUFALI: Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path).
PICKTHAL: Deaf, dumb and blind; and they return not.
SHAKIR: Deaf, dumb (and) blind, so they will not turn back.
Does this mean that any unbeliever who claims that he is now a muslim is lying?

The “ahle-kitaab” – People Of Book |

The “Ahle-Kitaab” – People of Book
It’s amazing how some Muslims and the non-Muslims pin-down the Qur’anic definition of “Ahle-Kitaab” on the “Yahuud and Nasarah (Jews and Christians)” by taking the following Holy Qur’an Verse 3:110 (Aal-I-Imraan):
Ye are the best of people
Evolved for mankind,
Enjoying what is right, and prohibiting what is wrong,
And forbidding what is wrong, And believing ALLAH.
If only the people of the book had faith,
It were best for them;
Among them are some, who have faith,
But most of them are, Perverted transgressors.
These people are in the habit of reciting the first half of the Verse, stopping at the word ALLAH, followed by different desertions. The first half of the Verse could be applied to many Faiths, especially to the so-called Monotheist faiths - Judaism and Christianity. However, it is second part of the above Verse, which pin-down the true meaning of “The People of Book”, by Holy Qur’an.
“But if only the People of the Book” – meaning the Yahuud and Nasarah.
“If they hearkened unto this message” – meaning the message of Holy Qur’an.
“It will be better for them” – meaning it will also be better for you, O’ Muslims.
“Among them” – meaning Yahuud and Nasarah.
“Are some who are a goodly people (followers of the Laws of Musa and the followers of Isa.”
Both the Jews and Christians boast the receiver of the early revelations – Tauraat (Torah), Zaboor (Zabur), and Injel (Bible), by their respective prophets – Yet they were (and still are) the first to reject the Final Revelation of the same God.

Is Secularism A “religion”? |

The secular church is populous and dynamic in the US, with a membership exceeding 10 percent. Many individuals who identify nominally as Jews or Christians in fact are devout secularists.
Young children are plainly being targeted in US public educational institutions for conversion to Secularism, whether in schools or otherwise. The Anti-Defamation League – an Israeli lobby group that is Jewish only in the sense that bagels are Jewish - has been advocating a reading list of books for children of kindergarten age through sixth grade. While the emphasis is ostensibly on "anti-bias education," any child who takes to heart the message of these books would be adopting, among other things, a bias in favor of the Secular teaching on homosexuality.
Two of the recommended books, for third-graders and under, are “Gloria Goes to Gay Pride” (story of a young girl participates in the Gay Pride Day parade) and “My Two Uncles” (story of a young child's grandfather who has trouble accepting the fact that his son is gay). This amounts to targeting kids for conversion to the Secular teaching on homosexuality. Incidentally, "targeting for conversion" is what the ADL charges that Christian missionaries want to do to Jews.
Now that the Secularism has taken the “divine power” out of both Judaism and Christianity – all its attentions are being focused on the only “true religion” resisting it – ISLAM.

A fundamentalist (FUNDO) is a person who follows and adheres to the fundamentals of the doctrine or theory he is following. For me to be a good engineer, I am expected to know, follow, and practise the fundamentals of engineering. In other words, I should be a fundamentalist in the field of engineering.
One cannot paint all fundamentalists with the same brush. One cannot categorize all fundamentalists as either good or bad. Such a categorization of any fundamentalist will depend upon the field or activity in which he is a fundamentalist. A fundamentalist fascist Nazis or Zionist causes harm to society and is therefore undesirable. A fundamentalist engineer, on the other hand, benefits society and earns much respect.
I am a fundamentalist Muslim who, by the grace of Allah, knows, follows and strives to practise the fundamentals of Islam. A true Muslim does not shy away from being a fundamentalist. I am proud to be a fundamentalist Muslim - because, I know that the fundamentals of Islam are beneficial to humanity and the whole world. There is not a single fundamental of Islam that causes harm or is against the interests of the human race as a whole. Many people harbour misconceptions about Islam and consider several teachings of Islam to be unfair or improper. This is due to lack of knowledge of Islam, or just shear hatred toward the only true religion. If one critically analyzes the teachings of Islam with an open mind, one cannot escape the fact that Islam is full of benefits both at the individual and collective levels.
According to Webster’s dictionary ‘fundamentalism’ was a movement in American Protestantism that arose in the earlier part of the 20th century. It was a reaction to modernism, and stressed the infallibility of the Bible, not only in matters of faith and morals but also as a literal historical record. It stressed on belief in the Bible as the literal word of God. Thus fundamentalism was a word initially used for a group of Christians who believed that the Bible was the verbatim word of God without any errors and mistakes.
According to the Oxford dictionary ‘fundamentalism’ means ‘strict maintenance of ancient or fundamental doctrines of any religion, especially Islam’.
Today the moment a person uses the word fundamentalist he thinks of a Muslim who is a terrorist. Personally, I think every Muslim should be a terrorist. A terrorist is a person who causes terror. The moment a robber sees a policeman he is terrified. A policeman is a terrorist for the robber. Similarly every Muslim should be a terrorist for the antisocial elements of society, such as thieves, racists, dacoits, drug-dealers and sex-maniacs. Whenever such an anti-social element sees a Muslim, he should be terrified. It is true that the word ‘terrorist’ is generally used for a person who causes terror among the common people. But a true Muslim should only be a terrorist to selective people i.e. anti-social elements, colonialists, imperialists - and not to the common innocent people. In fact a Muslim should be a source of peace for innocent people.
Palestine under European Jewish occupation – the Palestinian resistance fighters who refuse to subscribe to Israeli or its puppet Palestinian leadership’ non-violence methods, are labelled as terrorists by the Zionist criminals. The same individuals have been lauded by Palestinians and Muslims around the world for the same activities and hailed as ‘patriots’. Thus two different labels have been given to the same people for the same set of actions. One is calling him a terrorist while the other is calling him a patriot. Those who believed that European Jews have a right to rule over Palestine called these people terrorists, while those who were of the view that Jews have no right to rule Muslim Palestine called them patriots and freedom fighters.
I suppose that would make me both - a FUNDO and a terrorist in the eyes of all those who are “terrorists” in the real sense.

Islamophobia And “moderate Muslims”! |

Sheilh Hamza Yusuf, who converted to Islam almost thiryyear ago and being considered a “moderate (read apologetic) Muslim”, who advised President Bush after theSeptember 11, 2001 tragedy and whose steady condemnation of Islamic terrorism has earned him, in some Muslim circles, criticism as a US propagandist, was harassed by the US Custom officials on his return from Toronto after attending a three-day conference last month. Along with him at least 38 other US citizens who attended the "Reviving the Islamic Spirit" conference were held up to six hours at bridges crossing the US-Canada border, according to Homeland Security officials and civil rights activists.

Earlier, last year – two other famous "moderate Muslims", British singer Yusuf Islam (Cat Steven) and Swedish Professor Tariq Ramadan were denied entry to the US, on “a Threat To US security”, allegations under Jewish propaganda engineered by Israeli lobby, AIPAC.
